It was pouring rain and there was a full parking lot and people coming and going in a steady stream. Good sign that the food will be good. I was greeted and my order was taken. Small issue communicating with the background hum of the cooler, my issue caused by hearing loss. The server was patient and I was able to answer the options questions. The order was filled quickly and I was on my way from the dry comfortable dining room to the wet parking lot. The food was great for something I carried out. The bun was amazingly soft and the flavors were pronounced but not overstated. The bowl was packed with thr rice on the bottom and the other ingredients were placed orderly on top. So exciting to finally get a Vui's here in the Boro!! The food was fresh and really delicious. The only minor thing was I am quite certain there was a hair in my egg- they thought it might have been lemongrass. I cut around it and continued on. The basil lemonade was delicious. I've tried a few of their chains in different locations. I'm still a fan of the of the Berry hill location but this one is growing on me. It's new and clean. Love that they have outdoor seating , we'll have to try next time. The food was quick, fresh, and hot. The servers were very nice and attentive as well as the cashier. I would stop in again just know this is a fusion or a take on Vietnamese cooking and not like your aunties house. Worth the stop for quick meal. read more

Wife and I gave Vui's Kitchen a try yesterday. The service was fast and friendly. The ambience and vibe is cute and quaint. I ordered the Mimi Pho, 2 pc summer rolls, a spicy pork taco, and a 5 pc sticky wings in Asian Bbq sauce just to get a little variety. For me, honestly, the food was very underwhelming. Unfortunately, everything that we ordered was just meh . The presentation of the food looked great. But just lacked in flavor especially for the price. We decided to stop by since we were always curious about this place when in Nashville but was never close enough to have. It's a fast casual place - you order at the counter, they bring it to you. We tried the small pho with beef. It was good - just a bit different than some pho I'm used to having. I think the broth was missing some crucial spices. Still tasty though. Loved the summer rolls - super fresh tasting and the peanut sauce was delicious. The staff was really friendly and the place nice and clean and bright. Stopped by on Saturday evening 3/14/2026 and had a grilled chicken rice bowl and it was pretty solid. Chili oil is very spicy and had the right amount of heat for me, didn't feel super full afterwards but cery satiating. Service was great too, very friendly staff. Only downside was the water. I grabbed a water cup expecting plain water but it ended up being carbonated which caught me off guard. Not a big deal, just unexpected. read more

Finally...Vui's Kitchen is now in Murfreesboro!!! I would drive to Berry Hill/Nashville to enjoy the great food from this place...now they are around the corner. My first visit was three of their pork belly buns, and they are incredible. The flavors from the pork along with the sauce and the soft bun make this a MUST HAVE either as a meal or an appetizer. The folks here are awesome and the food is well worth the trip. read more

Stopped by today and got 10 sticky wings 5 with sweat chili sauce and 5 with their hot sauce. Sadly the wings themselves were luke warm to cool tempture wise. Seems like they reheat wings for service and whoever was doing wings today missed the temperature mark big time!! Also got a order of the steamed dumplings which was very disappointing. Only 4 smaller dumplings and the chicken filling wasn't very good at all. Would not recommend these to anyone. I've been here once before and got the banh mi sando with pork belly and it was good.
