The location is absolutely gorgeous the menu is expansive and filled with different things whether you want coffee tea dessert pho noodle bowls rice balls they have everything and it's very nice they have about six different sauces for the noodle and rice bowls so that's nice. I think it's a family-owned business so that's nice to be able to support. The only downside is that their kids at the front of the house and they haven't been trained on etiquette customer services so they are a little bit oblivious on how to talk to people. They have gender-neutral restrooms for those who that matters for very important, the whole place is super clean super welcoming super friendly took some time to get my drink which was surprising being that it was a three-ingredient drink and they weren't busy. Best Banh Mi in town ! Homemade everything, down to the bread. The pho is delicious and so aromatic, they've got some of my favorite vermicelli as well. Any protein you go for is a good choice. My favorite has got to be the barbecue chicken for most dishes, and the eye round in the pho. They've got a case of homemade breads and cakes, a huge drink and prepackaged snack collection as well. Tried this place out today wasn't that busy in there and had decent parking. Tried the creme brulee brown sugar milk drink which was OK but not quite as sweet as I thought so would definitely add more boba to it next time and then we got a bbq pork bahn mi and bbq chicken bahn mi. They were ok but not the best we have had as the bread got soggy from the veggies on mine and didn't have much flavor. Cute little place we came across while out shopping. Service was good. Good selection of baked goods and drinks. Food was quite good as well. We had pho, bun, egg rolls, spring roll (fresh roll). Pho had good, well balanced flavor. Meat was a little thicker than we're used to but it was a good cut. It did come out cooked already but it was still tender and broth still flavorful. Egg rolls were a little oily but flavor/filling were fantastic. Spring roll was extremely fresh. A bit different in that it had pickled daikon but it was a good different. The bun had good flavor and was ever fresh. There was a selection of sauces but I'm a bit of a purist and didn't get any on it, so I can't speak to those. We enjoyed our meal and the value was good. Bánh Appetit has officially become one of my favorite spots in town. Their pho is incredible rich, flavorful broth with fresh ingredients that taste like comfort in a bowl. I came up on Banh Appetit quite by accident on Saturday after Thanksgiving because another place down the road that we originally wanted to go to was closed. I was craving some pho, so it worked out perfectly! Their broth is delicious, and a bit different from traditional pho, I think, but I couldn't put my finger on what was different. I got the shrimp pho, and did they load it up with perfectly grilled shrimps! My husband got the vermicelli bowl and he adored the egg rolls that came with it! The dish was quite flavorful and filling. We also got some drinks - an oolong milk tea with peach jellies (love!) and a creme brulee brown sugar with boba! BEST BANH-Mi sandwich EVER!! I was there last Friday.. the bread was toasted perfectly, and the bread to veg. ratio was also spot on! Not to mention the flavors of each component! I also ordered a coffee which was smooth and good depth of flavor... and i wanted to taste a smoothie since i don't live in the area i ordered one to go; it was a bit on the sweet Sind for me but again the flavors were sooo good. Only downside was the service...the register did staff did not seem very organized or know the menu and system. I had a hard time ordering even in Vietnamese. A lot of the drinks didn't seem to be available (unless of course they didn't know what I was asking for) but the rest of the customers that ordered boba got their order. I get this place is new here in Murfreesboro but I ordered a coffee. The person before me got his drinks immediately. It took them 30 mins and everyone else got their orders. The table next to me haven't gotten their drinks. They got their food and they literally asked them where their drinks are and they were 5 ppl before me. The girl that was at the front was on her phone just chillin on her phone. Wondering why I haven't gotten my drink but others have right away. I'm always on the hunt for a good boba place, this place is not it (to an extent). Their tapioca pearls are very good and cooked to perfection! No other boba shop has chewy boba like here. They only offer black tea for the fruit teas. I tried a peach strawberry and a passion lychee. Non of the drinks tasted like their description. It was not flavorful at all. I'm not even sure about their black tea. Must have been old, there was no flavor or any aromas to the tea at all. The two fruit teas I tried were very disappointing. I also tried the brown sugar creme brûlée, nothing fantastic about that. Just milk, and brown sugar with boba and creme brûlée topping. I also tried two types of Vietnamese coffee. Creme brûlée and egg. The coffees were good and strong, definitely 100% authentic Vietnamese coffee but the toppings were not noticeable. It wasn't busy when we came in, the service was fine. The restaurant itself was very clean. There's a lot of little knickknacks around the counter and shelves all over for sale. We will have to try the food next time. read more

I was pretty excited for them open here. The place was so nice and clean. I liked the set up and decor. I thought it was a really cute shop. The customer service was also pretty good. The girl that took our order was very friendly. I tried their soy bean drink and Vietnamese coffee. They were both pretty good. The coffee is very strong. I only had a few sips and it kept me up for a few hours lol. I also tried their eye round steak and meatball pho. The broth wasn't bad at all. I brunched at Banh Appetít on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 11 am. Very excited a Vietnamese establishment has opened in the 'Boro, especially one that offers a variety of signature Vietnamese dishes like pho, banh mi, and goi cuon. When I came, it was not busy as if it just opened because the pastry display case still looked sparse after being open for almost 3 hours. The inside looked clean as we were one of the first customers of the day. The grilled pork spring roll was quite delicious with good flavor on the pork. However, the rolls could be more consistent in size since it looked kinda strange with one roll being noticeably larger than the other. The bbq pork banh mi was really good - probably one of the best I've had in the Nashville area. The sandwich was full and had every component that an authentic banh mi should have. The bread was also not too doughy. The pho was average. It was a small portion given the price. The plate of bean sprouts and basil was embarrassingly small even for the small bowl of pho. The well done brisket tasted old as it had a slight unpleasant aftertaste. Service was good. The girl who took the order was very nice and greeted us upon entering the door. The food took a little while to come out given how slow it was. So I'd expect wait times to be longer during peak hours. Overall, I was generally pleased. From the price-point, it was a little expensive, but fair considering it is the only Vietnamese eatery in this area. There were some minor needed improvements in the pho, but all the other stuff that I ordered was pretty good. Wonderful service, really tasty food and a nice place to grab a quick lunch. My friend and I were out and wanted a place for lunch that we had not been to before. On a whim she Googled Food Near Us and this cute restaurant popped up. My friend ordered an appetizer of Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, her entrée was the Grilled Chicken & Egg Rolls Vermicelli Bowl with Hong Kong Sauce and a Honeydew Fruit Tea. I ordered an appetizer of Crab Rangoon Rolls with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. My entree was the Grilled Chicken & Egg Rolls with Thai Sauce, and a Peach Fruit Tea. This was our first time trying this place and wow it was amazing! I have been hearing so many great things about the food and I was finally able to give them a try. Literally have never tried the vermicelli bowl at any other Vietnamese restaurant but I'm so glad I did and now it will be my go to meal here. The really nice girl working let me try two sauces before ordering and she told me she normally mixes them together and those were great. I ordered the grilled beef vermicelli bowl with I think the Thai sauce and the Hong Kong sauce. My boyfriend ordered the beef pho. Both were delicious. Egg rolls came with mine and they were delicious and we ordered the fried dumplings also delicious. This place is definitely going to be on my top Asian restaurants of Murfreesboro to go to. Second day for Banh Appetit and already I am swooning. First, the pho broth - on point. Hot, aromatic, anise, beefy. The brisket is high quality and just right. Not too much. We've ordered 4 banh mi sandwiches to take home to our sleepy head boys. Egg foam coffee. Damn. Just damn. Delicious, creamy, Vietnamese coffee forward. More to come....have to eat now! Update: Banh Mi's: The banh mi sandwiches we took home to our sleepy head boys were exceptional. I've had banh mi's in Laos and Ho Chi Minh City. These are the best banh mi's I've had in the US. The baguettes are baked fresh here every day as are all the other French pastries. These folks start out in the wee unholy hours to get their baked goods out in the pastry cases. The pho: This is some of the best Vietnamese-style pho broth I've had in the US. I've now had the brisket and the steak pho. Steaming hot and redolent of anise. You'll not find the small, medium, large bowls in pho joints out West. You'll find one size; it's not cheap, but it's good. I hope they'll provide more fresh condiments as they get a sense of their patrons. I love a big handful of mung bean sprouts, fresh Thai basil and an unhealthy amount of jalapeños or other chilis. One stand out banh mi was not what I expected, but OMG, I ordered it 4 days in a row. The Steak and Eggs banh mi. Two eggs sunny side up are served sizzling on a cast iron hot plate. Along with those eggs are marinated cubed bits of steak that are tender, juicy, and flavorful. They are covered in finely sliced onion. But wait, there's more: a dollop of Vietnamese pate, a dollop of home made mayo and this plate comes with its own oven toasty baguette. My husband split his baguette and stuffed everything inside. Not I. I tore bits of baguette, spread a little pate, piled on a bite of egg . . . mm. The next bite was a bit of steak, onion, mayo. The next bite was bread and creamy egg yolk. Vermicelli bowls: Another of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. I've had the grilled pork and BBQ pork. Here's the difference. The grilled pork is sweet grilled pork in toothsome slices. The BBQ pork is roasted pork Chinese style. It's softer in texture and unctuous. The coffees: Vietnamese egg foam coffee is a bit like a breve - the creamy egg foam is sweet and provides a soft texture to the really forward Vietnamese robusta. BTW, my husband dug up this tidbit. Westerners drink arabica and Asians drink robusta. Robusta is loaded up with caffeine so take it easy because this stuff goes down so easy. I had 1/3rd of a cup at 11am and my hair was standing on end at 7pm that night. Woof. The salt macchiato is similar. read more

Love the menu with delectable choices for desserts and sweet treats with creative drinks and delicious savory items. Now onto the menu 1. Vietnamese egg coffee- omg yes!!
