    Crab Rangoon
    Darien C.

I was craving sushi and have yet to try a place out here in the Boro. Lemongrass was on my Yelp list and happens to be close to where I live so my family and I decided to try it out. I've seen others giving them raving reviews so that was a good sign. Keep in mind they do close during the mid part of the day so check their hours before going! We arrived 11 minutes after opening for their dinner crowd and the place was already half full. Definitely a sign that they are popular in the area. My husband and I each ordered Thai tea for drinks and their crab Rangoon for appetizer. Highly HIGHLY recommend both. The tea was just the way I like it, very sweet. And the crab Rangoon - honestly I could eat an order myself. Which I will probably do next time! For our dinner, my husband got the Sex on the beach roll and the Do Re Me roll. I tried the JB roll and Dynamite roll. Both of us enjoyed our picks. They definitely have a bunch of options for both Japanese cuisine and Thai. We will be back to try their Thai menu next! Service was good for them being so busy. I look forward to come back!

No draft beer or fountain sodas, so when you order it is bottles on. Restaurant has a nice interior & ample seating. We were seated promptly and drinks came out quickly. Thai spice levels are 1-5 for the Thai menu. We ordered the wonton soup and gyoza for an app. Both were delicious. The soup is the best wonton soup I've ever eaten. For the entrée, we ordered the combination, fried rice and the beef drunken noodles on a spice level five. Neither entree disappointed! Spice levels was on point and the portions were large. This place gives Pad Thai Kitchen (down the road) a run for its money! The parking and seating situation is much better than Pad Thai Kitchen& it is large enough to accommodate larger parties. I will definitely be back.

Tom Yum Goong soup and Calamari

The food was awesome. It was the perfect amount of spice and sweet I was craving. I definitely liked the Tom Yum Goong soup, it could've used a bit more protein, but overall I liked it! The Calamari was amazing. Food came out fast and service was awesome. The ambiance is very cool and calm.

My favorite sushi spot to-date!!! I had never heard of this place, but I had a craving for sushi and Yelp did not disappoint with the reviews for Lemongrass! Not only are they close to me, they have fast service and their sushi is chef's kiss!! I've been countless times and wanted to make sure I included my two cents for this amazing place! I haven't dined in to this restaurant yet, but their takeout is still fresh and still hot buy the time I get home to eat it! My go-tos are the War Cry, Do Re Me, Crunchy Dragon and the small Chicken Tempura rolls!

    Scallop

My family and I have been dinning at Lemograss for the past five years. The last two times my food has been awful. Shrimp pad se ew, the shrimp are smaller but the problem was the wide rice noodles, they were hard and sticky. I thought maybe that was just a bad day for the chefs. We went back yesterday for dinner. I ordered Ginger scallops stir fry, the scallops were sliced into making one scallop into three thin pieces. Not only that, they were chewy and overcooked because they were so thin. Just why, the dish is $18.00 no need to turn one scalop into three and think your fooling people. The veg were also cut so large they can't cook in a wok so they virtually stay raw. The stir fry sauce was also watery. Overall, I wasted my money I will not be back. If an establishment is going to go to this extreme to make extra profit, I will not partake.

    Hon Chu roll

This place is one of my favorite places to eat whenever I'm in Murfreesboro. The staff are always pleasant and the food is fresh and tasty. Today I had the Third and Fifth roll and it was so tasty I forgot to take a picture. This roll the Hon Chu was so tasty we ordered a second one and this time I remembered to take a picture. If you plan of dining here, please check to make sure they're open. They close during the day and reopen for dinner.

Wow... just wow. I am still taken aback I didn't know about this spot. Cozy environment. ALL the staff check in on you all the time. Fast and efficient. The Miso soup was tasty. The dumplings were delicious! The sushi was excellent every was super fresh and the crispy options were not soggy or greasy at all. And the Pineapple Saki clean and crisp flavor. I cannot wait to go back and try the Thai food.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, my drink order was taken and I was reading a menu, right away I knew I had to try the Thai basil fried chicken with fried rice. I was soooooooo right! Hahaha! Because everything was cooked to order I had to wait which was fine as I was done driving for the day. When my food finally arrived the smell made me so happy, now I don't usually make happy sounds when I'm eating but I'm almost sure that I was this day. LOL! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the breading was light yet crispy and the bed of pickled veggies were an excellent addition. I think it came with six pieces of chicken, and the fried rice was a small up charge but well worth it. Light, fluffy, full or flavor, not oily and enough to take some home for later. So yourself a favor and check this place out if you are in the area and tip generously.

This was the first time that I get the option to select the milk in the Thai Iced Tea and I loved that. I opted for the coconut milk and it gave the drink an amazing creamy consistency. The curry puffs were packed with flavor, they are a great option to share with the table since they are vegan. The crab Rangoons were crispy, cheesy in the middle, and the homemade sweet & sour sauce complemented it very well. For the main course I went with the Beef Drunken Noodles level 2 in spice level. The flat rice noodles were soft coated in a savory brown sauce that paired really good with the broccoli, basil, peppers, onion, and jalapeños. Overall I was very satisfied with everything and plan to be back.

Egg rolls crispy with fresh vegetables and a sweet, tangy sauce. Service This was one point, too! Waiter was very patient as we reviewed the menu. First time the service was horrendous the food was borderline and nothing appears to be authentic Thai. After the waiter kid stared at my plates on the kitchen window for about 10 minutes he finally brought them to me I'm sitting at the bar watching him watch my food motionless also apparently needing a reboot. The noodles on the plate were one solid clump that I picked up with my fork in one go and the green Thai curry was terrible. There is also no excuse for such pathetic service when there was maybe 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. I was stuck in the restaurant an hour and a half due to completely oblivious and incompetent employees. When I eat out by myself I would normally get in and out of a restaurant within 30 minutes (45 minutes would be a long stay) today I walk in and take a seat to wait for my to go order, the waitresses is standing in the doorway of the kitchen with a plate and a massive smile on her face with a blind stare in her eyes standing motionless seriously like the main frame needs to be rebooted or something. The young kid is helping people at the entrance, the waitress is still standing in the same place it has now been about seven minutes still standing motionless and apparently clueless on what to do with her plate. I find out she is waiting for The young waiter helping people at the front to instructor on which table the food goes to... at this point there are only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant. If this place doesn't hire experienced management, waiters and waitresses they will end up closed/bankrupt like all the other restaurants before them in that spot.

We ordered the green bean salad, fried meatballs, Firecracker Shrimp, 505 fried chicken skins, and chicken Pad Thai, along with a green Thai tea. The green bean salad at level 3 spice was perfect--just the right amount of heat with a fresh, crunchy texture that made every bite enjoyable. The Firecracker Shrimp definitely lived up to its name with a nice kick, while the fried meatballs were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, soft with a pleasant chew on the inside. Both paired wonderfully with the sweet chili sauce served alongside them. The 505 fried chicken skins were another standout. They had the perfect crunch and the seasoning added just enough spice to keep you reaching for another piece. To cool things down, I ordered the green Thai tea, which was sweet, refreshing, and the perfect complement to all the spicy dishes. The chicken Pad Thai is always a favorite. The noodles have that perfect chewy texture, and the portion size is generous enough to enjoy for a second meal later. Our server was Jaylin and she was ate five and came by to check in to make sure we didn't need anything! The cafe has a laid back atmosphere. Each time, he kept saying "just five more minutes." Eventually, he went into the kitchen, and the chef came out and started speaking to me in a very rude tone. When I tried again to ask how much longer I needed to wait for an order that had been placed an hour earlier, he didn't even listen to me, cut me off mid-conversation, and walked away. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and disrespectful. This is not something I will forget, and I'm sure they treat other customers the same way. They should understand that this is the United States, where customer service truly matters, and it's the customers who give value and credibility to a business. Based on their behavior, it honestly felt like I wasn't in the U.S., but somewhere with very poor customer service standards.
