Well, you know, it's that time of year to kind of update your wardrobe so my favorite place for the last 10 or so years has been Viuori. Last week I went, and as soon as I walked in the door, this lovely man Connor asked what he could help me with and I said I want something light that I can wear to dinner that isn't a fabric that is going to be too heavy and he took me to a shirt that was absolutely perfect. But that's not really the story I'm going to tell, after I left the store I got a call from Connor saying did I drop a $20 bill? Well, I keep my cash next to my wallet in my pants and I was pretty sure that it was me that dropped the $20 bill. So when I got to my next stop, I looked at my cash and yes, I was missing a $20 bill. I could not believe that any employee would care about a customer and a $20 bill. Superstar. He said he put in an envelope and I could come in and get it tomorrow. Who does that? Connor does that, you talk about earning a customers loyalty while he just did it. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Vuori for many years and absolutely adore the brand. Their colors, designs, products, and overall quality consistently meet my expectations. Today, I visited the store and encountered a girl named Evie who unfortunately had a rather unpleasant attitude. While the staff is usually incredibly friendly and accommodating, Evie's demeanor didn't align with the Vuori brand's positive energy. read more

First time at this Vuori store at the Forum in Carlsbad. I am subscribed to all Vuori fitness events and thanks to them I have to opportunity to meet the fitness trainers with whom they do collabs plus shop a bit too! Yesterday there had a fantastic fitness class in the lawn close to the store and then I got to know the latest collection of awesome outfits while munching some breakfast tacos and drinks. Thanks a lot of that and all the fitness events too. Love the new colors, like the lavenders. I know the earthy muted tones are more characteristic of this brand but we colorful people love the vibrance of color in the good quality items. read more

I love visiting Vuori activewear store of Del Mar Highlands at Carmel Valley for their good quality clothings and excellent customer services. However, it was a surprised disappointment when I visited Vuori at the Forum of Carlsbad around 10:30am on June 10, 2026. There was no greeting of 'Welcome', nor any offer of assistance, that I usually received from the other Vuori store and most other stores. The three sales associates there were not busy and I was the only customer at the time. A couple of them looked me in the eyes but treated me as if I did not exist. However, they did shout out "Welcome" and offered immediate assistance to a white lady who walked into the store a few minutes after me. Were the salespersons in this store blind to the non-white people?? Or ?? Thereafter, I bought my sportswear from their neighboring stores at NIKE and Lululemon. The salespersons in those stores are always very patient, helpful, and professional! read more

The people who work at the store are literally incompetent. They are rude and not willing to help people who walk in as eager customers. I had browsed online and knew exactly what I was looking for, but no one was willing to help me find the sizes I needed. It's actually crazy to me that they were just chatting with their friends the entire entire time while I was constantly trying to get their attention to find a different size. Plus, no inventory available at the store and the employees did not seem interested in helping me at all. She just said "oh sorry we don't have that" without making any eye contact and just walked away. Didn't even actually check... Such a bummer because I really liked the fabrics and was so excited about buying some thing, but was just so turned off by the experience. Do better!! read more

What can I say. Once you've gone Vuori there is no going anywhere else! The employees make the difference- on and beyond friendly, approachable and helpful. It's a bit pricey, but the quality and the shopping experience make it worth it. read more

Skyler was extremely helpful yesterday. My daughter and I had a return, exchange plus purchase and she over heard me telling my daughter, let's go, it's too crowded and line is too long. She chimed in and said if you have a purchase I can help you on my portable appliance. So I figured my daughter could buy her set and I would come back tomorrow to exchange my Christmas gifts. After talking for a bit I told her non of my gifts are in stock. After she rang up my daughter she found the jacket in the back, last one, size small! I was then able to make the even exchange because by that time the line went down considerably. Anyhow Skyler saved the day! I value great customer service. I had such a great experience at Vuori in Carlsbad, thanks to Kailey! She was incredibly helpful while my boyfriend was picking out pieces for me over the phone - she was offering thoughtful input and making the whole process so easy and fun. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made shopping here a truly enjoyable experience. It's always nice to have great customer service, and Kailey went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect pieces and was oh so patient. Today when I visited this location I was not greeted or offered assistance throughout my entire visit. No one helped me in the fitting room either. What was extremely peculiar though was that other customers (who were white) were given the utmost attention and assistance in their shopping endeavors. I think this location needs to do better and be better as this behavior is unfortunately a pattern based on other reviews.... I will be returning to the Del Mar location as I feel way more welcomed there and encourage other POC to do so. read more

I gave this location another try because it was next to my favorite yoga studio. It was not busy and there were several employees roaming around. I was in the store for 15 minutes and not one person approached me. I was going in there to purchase another one of my favorite sweatshirt and pants...an early birthday present to myself. I'm old school customer service, I worked at Nordstrom for 15 years and giving great service is not that hard. I hope the manager sees this, it all begins with them. I left bummed and went to the new REI where they had the same items I was looking for and their service was awesome! I'll continue to buy from the Encinitas location but definitely not this one. read more

Let me begin by saying that the quality and feel of some of their items is superior to Lululemon. However, it's some and I balance that with having VOURI on my clothes and being a walking billboard. It's a highly competitive market and the customer experience is important. That being said, I ordered a pair of shorts recently (only available online). I was notified by the SHOP app they use to track items that it had been delivered to my mailbox. I checked, it had not. Emails to support and was told 'wait a few more days, the shipper sometimes completes delivery in the system before they actually deliver' and 'check around with neighbors to see if it was delivered to them'. Mindblown. So, the shipper is a bit sketchy to indicate delivery without doing so (does Amazon do this? no.) and I'm not paid to go around my neighborhood going door to door to try and find a package that was supposedly delivered to my mail box. A lot of emails back/forth. They asked I wait another few days to see if it showed up - it did not. They offered to resend another pair - I said no, I do not want to repeat this experience. Lululemon has their own tracking system and delivers to my front door. Poor first time customer experience. Then, today - Sunday - I thought I might get another pair of long pants I saw at the store. I looked online and on their website and read 'open sundays 10 am', showed up at 10 only to be told it was 11. The young sales woman said to me 'you should look on google' they may have the right hours of operation. So, it's my responsibility to look at various sites and see if there is consensus on the time they open???? Seriously? Vuori clothing is not so differentiated than Lululemon's and Lululemon beats them on the customer experience. Maybe they don't care but they should. Their clothing isn't really all that, unless you buy it for the VUORI on your clothing. If that makes you feel good, then god bless. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I love Vuori clothing and I have more clothes from this brand than I can count. This review is specifically about the Carlsbad location on Calle Barcelona. The best way to sum up my experiences at this store, is the movie Pretty Woman. No one ever greets me or acknowledges me. Worse, I always get my own dressing room and no one checks on me. I was just in there on 12/28/24. Again, no acknowledgement. I go to the dressing room area where a woman who works there is helping a mother/daughter (she must have assumed Mom had money and was worth acknowledging), as I stand there waiting and waiting to be acknowledged. Finally I just walk in to a room. Again, she's seen me go in to a room, and again, never checks on me. When I leave the dressing room, she sees me again and says nothing. The funniest part is I was wearing Vuori-I'm clearly a loyal customer. Didn't matter. So, here is my solution: I now take pictures of all the tags of things I want to buy so I know name, color, size. I then leave them all in the dressing room, go to my car, and order them online. I'll only visit this store to try things on, but I won't make purchases there anymore. For what people are spending on basics and yoga pants, you'd think you wouldn't leave feeling like you're living a real life Pretty Woman moment. read more
