    Colors are back, yay! Usually I get my gym clothes from Brazilian and Colombian brands because of the colors and patterns. Happy to see that Lululemon is adding more spicy colors other than black or safe neutrals. They should carry more patterns. Today at least I saw the animal print orange-red outfit that was really nice. The store is pretty clean organized and the male section is attractive too. I just noticed today that they carry male underwear and could not resist to take a close look. The sales rack is well assorted and prices are high but they have great quality long lasting products.

    Customer Service nightmare! 1. Very unpleasant staff...zero greetings and complete lack of smiles upon entering the store. 2. Puzzling return/exchange policy...neither is allowed after 30 days of date of purchase. What happens when folk purchase early gifts? What happens when the recipient or purchaser doesn't immediately try on the item? Net net...visit the Vuori Store just across the parking lot: pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and flexible exchange policy!

    Very bad experience, I purchased almost 3 k worth of lulu lemon from this store, I had one pair defective legging, I was told they changed their policy, will not allowed exchange. I will never spend another cent in this store. This is a bad policy for this brand, you will lose majority of your loyal customers very soon. Will never again purchase any items from them.

    I wish I could buy everything in here. Came into pick up a repair for my daughter and exchange a short length from an online purchase- the young lady that helped us was fantastic- came up with options, and suggestions. Got my (hard to get into the dressing rooms) hubby to try on several pairs and then magically came out from the back with the perfect pair She also grabbed our leggings that were fixed . This was service that was on Par with Nordstrom when they cared- like back 10 years ago! Wow- we will be back- so helpful and informative and kind Wish I knew her name to give her credit! But defiantly go shop at this store

    I came into store and was completely disrespected and downgraded race was definitely involved ! Less that a couple days I came to this location and purchased $1800 worth of items ! I usually come to this store often but this time I purchased the new grooves and was told they can hemmed ,for free . I contacted the 877 they told me to bring in pants to get one replaced (keep in mind I came in to get 7 hemmed) The girl that helped me inside the room didn't ask for my name or anything wasn't helpful at all and when I told her I was told to bring this pair of pants and by the customer service rep from Lululemon she said sorry that doesn't fall under the replacement when I was told directly by Lululemon to go in and get it replaced. I didn't wanna argue with her. She was rude from the beginning and clearly racist. I was the only person in there that had black hair and dark skin surrounded by a bunch of blondes, so definitely a race was involved I was downgraded and let me just say defamation of character was involved. So this gal decided to run her mouth while I was still in the fitting room saying "she caused damage to the pants because when I gave it to her, it wasn't they're when I handed it back"completely unacceptable unbelievable and unprofessional she doesn't deserve to work at Lululemon or yet anywhere with that kind of personality. Keep your comments to yourself and use your mind. I walked in with $800 worth of leggings to get hemmed and you really think I am concerned about $118 leggings but yet to cause damage to them to get a pair replaced that falls under your warranty. Are you kidding me? I really hope the store takes this as a lesson because the way she made me feel was very out of place and for 28 years I've never felt so low and downgraded and as a professional healthcare worker, I highly recommend you guys get rid of her because I will make it very bold moving forward that this Location doesn't care about their consumers and they are 100% OK with their employees being racist. It's unfortunate because my husband and I enjoy this location much and there are a lot of good staff here but that one bad seed make the whole heard bad! I already filed a formal complaint with Lululemon directly, and I really hope this is a learning lesson for this location. Now I know why this location only has two stars, but it took me several times to me coming here to have a bad experience very unfortunate because I live and breathe lulu from backpacks, water, bottles, hair ties, clothing everything never again we'll I come to the store or yet support. Lululemon. Customer service will follow up with me and I hope this employee is no longer at the location ! Or any other send her to Nike with a attitude like that!!

    Very rude and unhelpful when I lost my sunglasses in the store. Once I called the police to come in they immediately found my sunglasses!

    i was with my aunt and cousin last week and we stumbled upon this little shop. i thought it seemed…read morecute, we walked in the ac was running and it seemed like a nice place. while the clothes weren't my personal interest, i thought it seemed great for others. my aunt was taking photos of the place, just like 1-4 ish as she loves that type of stuff. when we walked into the room where the cashier was, she saw my aunt take a photo of the hats or something. with an angry voice and demeanor, she asked "are you taking a video?!?", she replied "no" but the cashier continued and said "are- are you sure!?!" and my aunt about to lose her temper calmed down and said "no, i was just taking a couple pictures of the place" and the cashier still seemed a bit annoyed but continued to do her errand or whatever. this quite shocked me and while i understand that perhaps the cashier who i later found out (i believe!) was the owner or co-owner most likely didn't want a video of herself i feel like she could've handled the situation differently. either way i also read the reviews of this place the second we walked out and realized the main problem of the place is its customer service and support. and that's pretty much the foundation of a business. how you treat your customers. have a good day God bless
