It is larger, cleaner, and has more selection than their previous location. They make it clear to separate men's and women's in an obvious way where anybody who's walking in for the first time can understand where to go and what to see. There are plenty of options for shoes for Western style, like cowboy boots and workwear like boots for work and steel toes boots. The service here is really helpful and will provide assistance whenever called. I had to do an exchange on boots and they were very helpful in finding a different size. The parking here is very abundant as it is in a larger plaza with other stores next to it and nearby. The price is here are within 100 to 250 per pair of cowboy boots. Shirts and jackets range between 20 bucks 25 bucks up to 80 and 100+ for nicer jackets cowboy hats are also really good quality and can range over $100 easily but you can find cheaper options as long as you look and or ask for assistance. Cons: I did not recall seeing too many cons at this place. If I were to be nitpicky, I did not see a public bathroom but I'm sure there was one available. Verdict: I would come to boot barn for any of my western clothing needs. They have very high-quality items at different price points for anybody's price range. I will continue to come to this location and hope to see our locations as I very much like the store.

J.crew Factory is great for their basics but they really have a lot of cute dresses, skirts, pants and more. The quality is a little different from the non factory store, but I've still been happy with items I've purchased. There is definitely room for shopping at both. I went to the counter to make my purchase. The cashier was helping someone else so another employee came to help me. He was really welcoming, upbeat and helpful. My sale was quick and easy. I had a terrible experience at the San Marcos store and haven't been back since so I was a little apprehensive. After this visit, I will definitely return in the future. The service level is what I am accustomed to having been both a J Crew and Factory store customer for years. As an added bonus it's much closer to me than the other locations.

I was dreading every second of it, but when I walked into Men's Wearhouse, Lizzie came to the rescue. She was so quick, personable, and knowledgeable, that we just relaxed and let her do her magic. It was the best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes with a suit, shirt, and tie. And a big smile on both our faces. Lizzie is a gem!
