Save your money for quality brands that care about the consumer. I was given a pair of cord shorts that retail from close to $100. Well they lasted about 4 months before they split along a seam. They wouldn't help fix or replace without proof of purchase which I was unable to get. Any company selling clothes, at that price point, and is that strict about fixing or replacing their clothes does not care about the quality. Save your money and buy a better brand like Patagonia. read more

Huge Vuori addict! My hairstylist turned me onto the brand and now I've turned on some of my colleagues. I'm into their halo performance line and try to collect all the colors of the hoodies. Yea... I have a problem. Their pieces are so soft, so comforting. Wore my first piece the day of my surgery and I felt so comforted, like I was wrapped in a very soothing hug. Been hooked ever since! Visited the store today and was blown away by how much better it was than the San Diego store in Fashion Valley. Seemed to have much more of a selection. Customer service was great. Ever since they moved to their new location, their customer serve has been not great. I used to enjoy going because of the customer service and the quality of the brand. Quality of the brand is still the sam but the customer service has gone down hill significantly. The first time I went since their location change, the employees were talking to counter and not even getting customers. Told myself it was a one time thing and gave them another chance. Same thing happened when I went again except this time I had to ask if the two girls having a conversation at the front of the store worked there. When they responded, they looked like I was an inconvenience. Every time I asked for a different style or size, I was again an inconvenience. Safe to say I won't be shopping for vuori at this store anymore. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had with Vuori. The representatives I spoke with were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and even the manager couldn't (or wouldn't) assist me. I spent a long time on the phone trying to resolve something very simple and straightforward -- nothing out of the ordinary -- yet I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. This all happened right after spending almost $800 in the store, which makes the experience even more upsetting. It really makes me question the company, its values, and how it chooses to treat its customers. The attitude I received felt entitled, arrogant, and condescending, and the phone representative even raised his voice at me. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience, and it leaves a lot to think about regarding the way Vuori handles its clients. read more

Vuori Clothing is an awesome, athletic and casual clothes store. I've been there multiple times and love the products. In my opinion, the are on par with other top brands for quality and price. The Santa Barbara store has a great staff and a great selection of products. The store is always clean and well organized. I'll definitely continue to shop at Vuori SB! read more

LOVE our local Vuori store in SB! The new location is the perfect size and all of the clothing is beautifully laid out! The customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced for a retail store, everyone is so friendly and willing to help out however you need! This store has a horrible manager on duty who could have handled an even exchange better. Wanted the same merchandise in a different size, it was a Xmas gift and their rules were ridiculous as they required an account or receipt but my brother didn't set one up at purchase and he was told I would be able to exchange it. The manager was unprofessional in her assumption when I was being upfront and tried to call my brother and Vuori support which by the way required you reach out via email and a human wasn't available. If you're going to have ridiculously strict policies that are impossible for an even exchange and provide no solution, at least be kind. read more

the new location is HUGE! we were just here in September and then again end of November and Vuori was gone! found it up the street ..phew. i'm obsessed with Vuori. I have and use Lulu/Alo...but the majority of my closet is Vuori. so soft...so comfy.. my son loves his Vuori shorts and shirts...unfortunately he can't wear their pants b/c he is too tall ...poor kiddo.. hopefully they start making longer pants for men ...a few of the womens pants are now in short/regular/long...so i imagine that will be coming soon. service is always exceptional.. prices are high but I feel like Vuori clothing is worth the price...wait for markdowns on items and it's even a better price! read more

I was excited to see a flagship store as we don't have any of these up in NorCal! Decided to stop in so I could figure out my size in different styles before I ordered online since I'm part of the V1 program. Ella was super helpful when I stopped in the day before trying to find something for my boyfriend. I opted to bring him back the next day, since he runs weird with sizes and toggles back and forth being a Smedium. Ella was also super sweet to my pup Swoosh, as he is typically timid and nervous in public! We returned the next morning, and ran into Shawn (sorry if it's the wrong spelling!) He was so helpful with sizes, chatting it up with us, and just making our visit so personable. We appreciated all his recommendations and suggestions, not only about the products but with the area as we were visiting for a birthday trip. He was so sweet with Swoosh as well, having been a dog person! Shawn was also so informative, in letting us know about upcoming products with the brand that'll be releasing soon! He would constantly come back and check in with us, even Swoosh! The service was spot on, and each associate was on top of it, keeping the store looking as clean and nice as possible. As a former retail worker, I appreciate that! As a California based brand, we are excited to try out our new gear from Vuori as we usually buy Lululemon. The material is just on another level. Zach Williams was amazing at helping me by phone. I received a gift card and tried to go on line since December,I was having no luck. He patiently help me with the gift card number by asking me to send a picture of the card by email. What I didn't know was that there was a I instead of a #1. Bro bro bro. If you want to buy vuori, the best bet is REI or online. This store is like the poor version of Abercrombie and Fitch. The vibes--toxic. Too cool vibes and calling customers names while they're standing barely a feet away. R A C I S T yes his name is Clayton. He even goes up to me after the fact when I spoke to his employee about it and shakes his head like I don't know English. I can tell this guy takes advantage of people a lot and gets away with it all the time where ever he came from before residing in Santa Barbara. (From other actions he took that I am not stating on here.) I hope this store front closes soon as a lot of companies do not make it in Santa Barbara. Not only are their clothes recycled and smell bad after washing it, they're made in china and Vietnam for $68 and up. Cheap shopping bag and not reusable. Like why even support this company if they make their customers feel like shit to even be a human?? There's a reason why Lululemon is superior in many, many ways--It's catered for women and even has larger sizes and you are seen and not judged like that. My daughter and I shopped there on 6/16/2023! My daughter and I are hispanic! I do have money. We walked in and the sales people never greeted us or acknowledged us. I white couple entered before is and they were helped. I needed help with what to purchase for the Dr I work for, I noticed four other people came in and they were immediately helped and immediately knew I was discriminated because I am Hispanic! Four white people got service and help! I purchased and paid was in tears! Santa Barbara store owner is racist and please do no support them!
