I'm a recent transplant to Anchorage and I have been on the search for the best chai tea latte around town. Well, good news, I found it. Chai is so often an after thought at coffee shops but this place doesn't skimp on quality. Not to mention the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous with a multitude of houseplants to buy and little gifty type items. On nice days they open up a wall to their back patio area. I haven't stopped by the little market they are connected to, but I'm excited to try it! Needless to say I'm going to become a frequent flyer here.

I will drink iced coffee when it's -20 degrees out, no hesitation, and they absolutely nail it every time. I also love that I get to see baby Bostyn when I swing through. It just adds to that warm, small-business feel that you don't get everywhere. Growing up around my grandma's pawn shop and my Aunt Katie's coffee shop, I've always had a soft spot for small, locally owned businesses where you can feel the passion behind what they do.
