The mirror was a bit different than expected - I guess in hindsight, we should've had some sort of spot light shining in the place we had the photobooth since it was a bit hard to see ourselves in the mirror. Also, because it's a mirror, it's easy to think you're centered in the frame, but you're actually off centered. Overall, it was a fun experience that's different than the other photo booths out there. I loved the little commentary that the mirror makes after it takes each photo. My company started reaching out to photo booth people around a month before our scheduled event (02/06/20), and Ryan of TWPB was one of the quickest to respond back to us. Not only were his prices affordable, but our line of communication was clear and responsive. We ordered the 2-hour service with additional hour for $600. Since our event was off-site, we had an additional delivery fee of $50. TWPB showed up an hour before our scheduled event to set up and promptly took off once our time was up. Pros: 1. Not sure if this is always, but you are able to re-take pictures if you are not satisfied with one of the photos out of the photo strip set (3 pics in one set), ensuring picture-perfect photo strips. 2. Ryan was super nice and helpful in getting us in the best poses and making sure the props were visible in the pics. 3. Emailing and Text capability on-site! I was able to send myself a text of my photo strips and immediately receive a copy on my phone. Cons: 1. Personally, not enough props! When we first booked PB Flix last December, Mark was really quick to respond to our initial inquiry (we mostly communicated via Facebook chat, which I thought was great) and was upfront with his prices (they're SUPER reasonable) and everything! He even sent me photos of the photo booth setup before I made a commitment so I can see what it looks like and whether or not I thought the booth would fit our venue. After seeing how easygoing Mark was, I knew he was the perfect photo booth vendor for our wedding! Once we put down the deposit and officially booked, Mark asked me to send him photos of our wedding invitations so he could create us custom template for us. Less than one day later, he had replicated our invites onto a template for our guests' photos. It was so beautiful! Leading up to the event Mark was really easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions (there were a lot). He even worked with my wedding timeline, which required him to setup almost 2 hours before the photo booth opened -- our ceremony and reception were in the same location (Domenico Winery). During the actual wedding, Mark was very hands-on with the guests -- encouraging them to jump into the photo booth and handing them props (some of which he carved or created himself!). He even asked our vendors to jump into the booth, which was a fun surprise when we looked at the photos afterwards. Mark also made sure that everyone had a copy of the photos -- something our guests said they loved. PB Flix is definitely not your typical photo booth service. Mark personalizes the experience and makes it something your guests will never forget! Push Button Flix is a MUST for your wedding -- I guarantee your guests will love it! The only suggestion I would make to Mark is to create contracts (your deposit secures your booking), as it can be a little confusing in terms of pricing. To be fair, my requests (asking him to setup early and having the booth open for cocktail hour until the end of the wedding) are not the norm so this likely isn't everyone's experience. Besides that, Push Button Flix is amazing, and will be my go-to for any party my husband and I host in the future!
