    The chip "fix" from Vyletel Volkswagen

    I came to Vyletel already knowing what the issue was on my Volkswagen. I worked specifically will Bill Dupe. They diagnose it, not telling me there's a $150 service charge that will get used when I fix the car, that's fine. I got my car back 2 days after dropping it off and came to find a chip on my hood passenger side. It's apparent this is new because it would be rusted over from a Michigan winter. I called back for 2 days straight multiple times and left multiple voice messages expressing my situation, radio silent... At this point, I thought Bill was dodging my calls and wouldn't resolve my problem. I got a third party involved and finally, Bill answered the phone telling me he could fix the chip in my hood. This is the result I have from Vyletel Volkswagen. Whatever you do, AVOID Vyletel Volkswagen. They don't care about the end product or if the customer is happy, they only care about filling their pockets. Avoid Vyletel Volkswagen. Edit: They are trying to cover their bases by giving the best sounding response their team can muster. Please go on google and sort by new to see other unhappy customers with damaged vehicles and bad customer service. I'm not the only one displeased with their service.

    Vyletel is one of the best dealers in the area. They always make me feel welcome & they are very knowledgeable about Volkswagen. I have taken delivery of a Jetta, two Beetles & a CC here. All of my vehicles have been serviced here & had recall items repaired as well. Service department is very efficient & timely with their appointments. They are great with Volkswagen loaners, too! Since the remodel, dealership is always in immaculate condition.

    Just picked up my new atlas ! Had a wonderful experience with Matt Ceci, he was very direct and made the process smooth and efficient. He was not a cheesy salesman that tried to sell me everything. They were able to give me the best deal Possible based off my circumstances. I highly recommend this dealership and Matt.

    This is a great place to buy a car. Everybody there is very professional. When the day comes and you need a used car ask for GIno Cappellaro. He is a honest salesman and will go the extra mile to make you happy.

    I was not satisfied with my service. I had my brakes looked at on April 7th by a technician…read moreelsewhere and then didn't drive my vehicle for a month before coming in for my 45k mile inspection. I was told that I my brakes were good until they would get down to 3 ml and they were at 5 ml on June 9th. I have to tell you that I wasn't entirely surprised when I was told that I should have my back brakes done because dealerships are always trying to tack on additional services that aren't necessary. I declined and went back to the original technician and had him look at my brakes again, He said my brakes were still good and didn't need to be addressed at this point. I know that I have to have them done eventually but believe that the dealership tried to up sell me something that wasn't necessary at that time. They could have said that was something that I would need to do eventually but didn't explain anything, just said they "failed". I feel taken advantage of when I have to do business with any dealership! I feel that these practices are unethical and I feel they take advantage of people that are struggling to stay afloat with all the rising prices on all the other essentials. They should just be honest and explain what needs immediate attention and what can wait. I also do not care for the email they send to either accept or decline services without any explanation, so impersonal. There you have it, my experience was a negative one. For God's sake, just be honest!

First, I had a wonderful experience in sales department with Matt Drogosch to ORDER My 1st Customized Vehicle, A 2020 Ford Escape with two-tone Interior plus many options then the Sharp Metallic Desert Gold Color Exterior, along with my choice of custom wheels. The full package was designed with his expertise and my budget. I was told three months for it to be built and shipped from Louisville Kentucky, yet it arrived one month early to My Big Surprise and phone call from Matt. My test drive was Exciting then a Thrilling feeling especially with the smooth handling. I definitely can say its a great vehicle. Second, This Dealership has Strong & Full commitment to their customers in areas of purchasing, servicing and fulfillment to a owners experience! The selection of many Cars, SUVs, Trucks and those Big Heavy Duty trucks are very satisfactory with strong quality and affordable prices with those great incentives! 3rd, "Alex" in The finance Department took care of my paperwork in a timely manner along with my trade-in, Ford Incentive Discount, plus another Ford Family Discount to keep my monthly Lease payment low. 4th, The two service appointments I cruised in for were under 1 hour for oil changes and two recalls. The speedy service, was taking care of with prompt courtesy from Joe Smith and his technicians in the Service Dept. Complete waste of my time. set appt for mobile service, the first one was a no-call, no show. Tried again, and they took it upon themselves to move my appointment time 1.5 hrs later, which didn't work for me. I reached out to the manager and I was told they are overbooked and can't accommodate. Back to Serra Ford I go!

I was charged for something that wasn't even broken. They broke my door side panels , my entire dash is loose and my driver side window is shaky now when it opens. My battery and engine parts were loose as well. They held my vehicle for a week with no option for a loner. I had to call to get updates. I was told one thing then another. They lied in their report saying I was "aware this fix was only a test and more repairs will be needed" I was NEVER made aware! This is a warning for everyone to read the description in the bill before you sign it!!! They lie and suck at their job. With us being in 2024 you would think your techs could google or YouTube car problems if you had NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG. Today, before the next oil change was even due since I had it at the dealership for the issue, the transmission failed and I'm being told it'll take another month to fix and they can't give me a loaner vehicle so I'll have to pay for a rental the entire time. Incompetent, oblivious to customer's needs, and borderline criminal is how how I'd describe "Vile"atel. It was still under bumper to bumper warranty when I first brought it in for the problem and now it isn't. Deliberate? Why else would you do that to a customer except to cheat them out of the warranty they paid for...

    Extremely Disappointed - Beware Before Buying Here!…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership just yesterday, and I'm already regretting it. The entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling completely taken advantage of. When I picked up the car, no one mentioned anything about the vehicle only coming with one key. Naturally, I assumed it came with a full key set -- that's standard for any reputable dealership. I drove the car home (about 30-40 minutes away) and later went to lock it for the night. When I returned to unlock it, I found myself completely locked out. That's when I realized the only key they gave me only starts the ignition -- it doesn't unlock the doors! So, there I was, stranded at home with a vehicle I just purchased, locked out of my own car. When I called the dealership to explain what happened, I was shocked at how dismissive and unprofessional their response was. The salesperson actually laughed and said, "Oh well, we only have one key because we don't lock our doors." That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total lack of customer care or basic professionalism. Now, because of their failure to disclose this information, I have to spend even more money on a locksmith just to get into a car I literally bought less than 24 hours ago. They made no effort to fix the situation or even apologize for their oversight. This kind of negligence and attitude is a huge red flag. If you're considering buying from this dealership -- think twice. They clearly don't care about transparency, customer satisfaction, or doing the right thing. Once they've got your money, you're on your own. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you want to deal with unnecessary headaches, hidden surprises, and a complete lack of accountability. by the way, I would have given them ZERO stars, but Yelp requires at least one star.
