We then took it to our local garage and they confirmed this but also found 3 spots under the vehicle that should have made it never pass inspection. I called them, they apologized and gave us our money back. I see they are trying to resell this vehicle at $6995, knowing they should never have allowed it to pass inspection. I will never do business with these scammers again. Stay away from this dealership or at least have your vehicle looked at someone you trust before buying it. I have provided photos that we took.

My son went to this shop yesterday and was quoted a price of $470 to replace his rear brakes. I called the shop and they said that they priced it wrong and that was the price. She later goes on to tell me that the price she gave my son was an estimate. That is a 49.4% increase from the price my 20 year old college student was quoted, Why bother to give estimates if your off by 50%. When I challenged her on the increase she said if I wanted to get my son home safe that was the cost. Why did they not disclose the 49.4% increase in the quoted price prior to doing the repairs. She then slammed the phone and would not answer when I called back. This place is baiting and switching and if you have college students in Lewisburg PA that need their car repaired do not send them here. They prey on vulnerable young kids with out of state plates.

My BMW was damaged, and I needed to leave it with them. I live in DC. I was given a repair date…read morethree weeks from drop off due to difficulty obtaining parts. I understand that. However, they made no communication with me. I called them a couple days before the repairs were scheduled to be completed, and was told everything would be done on time, with a small possibility that the computers would need more to to be reset. Turns out, it wasn't done on time and dragged to the next week. When I got it back, there were small careless errors like forgetting to replace air stem caps or leaving the anchor bolt in place. Far worse, the major repair related to coolant leakage still hasn't been fixed. I am also getting repeated engine faults, and the car stalls. I called progressive and am having it fixed at a local competent repair shop. Would not recommend!!!?
