Wonderful staff! We were in town for a baseball tournament and we couldn't leave our hotel without our dog having major anxiety and non stop barking. She shared a few things about the menu and told me all taps were from the Ellensburg Brewery; I think she said the brewery owns the WC Roadhouse. I ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad and a cider. Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad. It was a traditional Cobb Salad topped with a very generous chicken breast cooked to perfection. I would definitely order this again. The rest of the food looked great. Cherry Cider. The cider was cold and refreshing; it was sweet with deep flavors. I will order again. Overall. I am a bit puzzled with this restaurant. Its internal branding calls it Wing Central Roadhouse Grill; however, it is none of those. It is a tap room, with a taproom style menu. Wing Central? It has one style of wings on the menu; it is defiantly the theme. It's not traditional roadhouse in style, decor, or menu. Confusing. This place is reopened recently. I came in on a Thursday night which happened to be prime rip night. I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly by the bartender. Order an Alma Palmer. Was told it was prime rib night and I ordered it without even seeing the flyer. Apparently they have one of those special prime rib ovens that keeps it out of certain temperature so it stays pink and delicious. I ordered an end cut so it might have been a smidge dryer than the other cut next to me was eating. But that was on my doing cuz I like the endcut with all the extra seasoning on it. It was a big fat piece of prime rib with a good au jus and horseradish on the side. It also comes with a loaded baked potato which was cooked perfectly and asparagus. My family and I came in today 5/25/2924 for a meal on our way to Spokane. I wish I could say our experience was a favorable one, however it was not. My daughter ordered the raspberry thyme mocktail and it was so sugary. My wife ordered the chicken Caesar salad, the chicken tasted pre cooked and refrigerated. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was a bit too wet from the elements on it. My son was less than impressed with pulled pork sandwich, states it was very salty.
