Refused to refund any portion of the payment when unforeseen circumstances prevented me from traveling, despite offering to cover a significant amount of the cost myself. Hard to get the office staff on the phone when I tried to call to cancel on a Saturday. Very disappointing, especially given positive experiences I had with this park under past ownership.

A lady with a med sized black and white unleashed dog was walking (as she did the last three days we were here) when I was going to the laundry and the dog started barking and coming closer to me while she is yelling at it to come to her (it wasn't listening).
