Grabbed Waba Grill for lunch to eat in the parking lot of my son's school. We went through the drive thru and it was a little crowded but the line moved quickly. The service was ok. I don't know if the speaker was bad or the cashier wasn't paying attention but after repeating myself 3x she still missed my avocado. The other thing I don't like, I asked for less rice and they didn't give me a discount but to compensate that extra rice for veggies, they charge you $.59 I ordered Dragonfruit Lemonade. It was really refreshing but had a little bit of syrup taste. It wasn't fresh. I ordered a combination bowl with brown rice and veggies. It was received hot and actually tasted well. Good Evening, I am a recent fan of Waba grill. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and alarmed by the unhygienic service I received at the Renaissance location Waba grill #810 about 7pm today. My order was politely taken and the young man walked away. Afterwards, the woman that was assisting him told me she would give me my cup for my fountain machine beverage. She held out an empty, upright cup to me with 3 to 4 fingers fully extended inside the length of the cup. I was flabbergasted. I gathered my composure, apologized [for any inconvenience], and asked if I could get a cup without her fingers. She literally glared at me. No apology made for her error, as she handed me the second cup with no fingers inside. I filled it with a fountain beverage while losing more and more confidence in the health safety of the food I was about to receive. By the time I received my order, I was thoroughly concerned about the health and safety of my food. In spite of the $15 spent, I tossed all of the food and beverage into the establishment's trash receptacle before exiting. I'm so very disappointed with this type of customer service. Very festive atmosphere I had to have the ribeye steak bowl. What I really loved is this Waba Grill has a drive-through, fair size lobby, and outdoor seating. The store was very clean. My friends with me ordered a variety of different items, but I would say that the platter or the plate is probably the best deal because you get vegetables and rice. The quality of the food is incredible. The speed of service is exceptional and I really enjoyed this location. . I'm a big fan of the spicy Waba sauce!! read more

Terrible customer service by Rosie aka Rose. The "manager" on duty. Absolutely the worst. Unfortunately and condescending. I've been coming to this location for years (I work across the street). Every time I come, I ALWAYS ask for the veggies to be replaced with salad. So to my surprise, I was told that they "can't do that at this time"at the drive through. So when I get to the window I ask to speak to the manager. The girl says she's the manager. So I ask why she can't replace the veggies? Rosie said, because "it's not in the system"and the owner isn't here. Lololol I then said, I would like to give her direct feedback. Which was that, she gave off the attitude of not wanting to help with such a simple ask. Also that, I've never had this problem before and other workers have done it. She then had the audacity to say that it might have been the owner who did it. To which I replied, that the other workers were both male and female, so unless she's a shape shifter that isn't always the case. I asked for the owners name, she wrote it on the paper, no number, I asked for the number and she said,"I don't know it". I said, you work here and are the manager and you've never called here and don't know the number? To which she replied yes I've never called here. At that point she was intentionally just making it worse and was less and less helpful. I asked her to look it up and she miraculously found it and wrote it on a piece of paper (photo included). Feel free to call and verify their policies, ask for the owner Michelle. I told Rosie, that she could've just swapped out the veggies and called it a day, and I wouldn't be having this conversation holding up the line. To which she quickly and rudely replied, "you're choosing to hold up the line". I said, so you think I planned this entire thing just so I could hold up the line? You're actually blaming me for this entire situation? Ridiculous. I then asked if she was going to give me my food? She didn't ask or offer it. Stating, that says want sure if I still wanted it. Then ask if you're not sure. There needs to be serious retraining and Rosie does not need to deal with customers directly. A simple swap turned into this The the veggies were not thoroughly cooked, half were cold to the touch. Didn't eat. Food was average at best. I don't recommend this location. Go to another waba grill where it's not going to break the system or cause then to go bankrupt to switch veggies to a salad. I also had a friend on the phone who heard this entire interaction, who can attest to the validity of this. They were incredulous as to what happened. Very poor and unprofessional service....was in the drive through and placed my order ,I left without double checking my order was complete... trusting the workers to do there job but unfortunately forgot my order of dumplings...made it home realizing my order was incomplete...so i called the location...they answered and i asked to speak with Sara because that's is the name of server on my receipt ....they hang up immediately...i call again giving the benefit of the doubt.... Secondary, this was my second visit here, for whatever reason the beef and chicken was again over cooked and extremely jerky style. They hired Wednesday Adams, (Victoria) to take orders. This is my local waba grill and it's been for the last 5 years I never had any issues until now. This is the second time I visit this location and the new girl with the nose piercing takes my order and is extremely rude, I asked for lemons and sesame seeds and she rolls her eyes. Doesn't say thank you when she takes my payment and she shuts the window before I can say anything else. Fire her ass, she can get a job at Amazon if she doesn't want to deal with customers or be courteous enough to say thank you. It's called common courtesy hun. Might start going to the Renaissance location down the street for better service.. I can only imagine when my mom goes how she gets treated. I went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered a couple steak & chicken veggie rice bowls and unfortunately didn't receive my steak in both of my bowls at first. Of course I didn't check my food until I had arrived home (I know, I usually check immediately, but I trusted it would be correct because they're usually good at this location) but I call and get through to the manager who is super apologetic and was really quick to re-make my bowls correctly!
