Great news. Thanks for the help here. Original review: I came there today for an evaluation. The first thing I noticed was that the office receptionist was very polite and nice. The furniture to sit on while waiting was very comfortable. There isn't a tv or anything but magazines so if you come early might want to bring a book. They do have the Scott and White free wifi. When I first met Wade I could tell he cared. He appears to be a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. He doesn't seem to hem or haw with answers. I was doing exercises and he appreciated that but did get me to see the light that I needed to do different ones. In just a few minutes he instilled in me a sense of trust. I trust him and appreciate his expertise. He has helped me to stop using the Walker on shoes and ice less as well as do more effective exercises that will help me to my goal. He also seems well organized. He helped me to motivate myself. I like that they want you to push yourself but not so hard that you feel intense pain. I liked on the way out I got all of my appointments then so they are already in there. That will really be helpful. Not too much to complain about. The number is on the front door in case you need assistance from staff to get in the door. I really feel that if I follow wades advice and do the work I need to my leg will be much improved at the end of my sessions here.

The quality of patient care has slipped quite a bit. I am looking to move to another medical provider in the near future if I can find another "Dr. Partin". I called to schedule an appointment to get Covid vaccine and was informed by Erica that the Hewitt clinic wasn't giving vaccines. WOW-this is not good since the Bellmead patients were forced to move if they wanted to keep their doctor. Big Medicine at its best.....,

i went to premium ER in Woodway after i had fell and all of my weight,…read morelanded on my left ribcage i hurt so bad i could barely breath. at Premium ER the doctor told me they wanted to do a CATSCAN instead of just an exray as the cat scan was more reliable. he advised me that there were no breaks and that it would be sore for awhile. 2 days later i was back at My Primary Care doctor. HE TOOK AN EXRAY. I HAD 3 BROKEN RIBS. i could see them plainly on the xray. they are lucky i didnt have 4 i would have had to have them wired . to hold them in place. other than a head injury for broken bones. an Xray will almost always be good enough most to see broken bones Xray. This was the second time i had had a cat scan at this facility that was read wrong. while their care friendlyness and general medical knoledge is good . at lease one maybe 2 doctors their needs alot more training on a Cat scan machine. The nurse and office staff were very professional and helpful. I believe I found myself a great podiatrist. I won't see them until next year unless something comes up. I should mention that they do require a credit/debit card to be in file and will charge the card if the account is over 90 days delinquent. Their office is at Woodway and conveniently right on the 84 feeder.

I had such a strong cough that I was vomitting and couldn't get through my daily duties because the cough was so severe. The staff really listened to my issues and were so compassionate. I am truly grateful for the very skilled Nurse Practitioner-- a nice young lady, blonde hair-- forgot her name. She gave me just what I needed to heal and after just 24 hours I am a new person. She has insurance and good insurance. So we ended up at the E R at Hillcrest and they were great with her. No ID needed. Just patient care. Most 92 yr olds do not have any form of ID. I will not be going back to this location. That is terrible for our elderly.

Dr Loden is very compassionate when treating me and my family. He took his time to really get to know me as a patient. He has always treated me w respect and patience. I have to admit sometimes I can be a challenging patient to treat but Dr Loden has continued to help me work toward the health goals I have wanted. I can say I am taking less medicine than I was before for diabetes. In investing time to get to know me as a patient he knows what to do to motivate me as a patient and that has helped me out. The staff is usually very nice and professional. I respect them and appreciate them as well. Grateful to have dr Loden as my PCP. He is truly a blessing in my life.

After spending 2 days and many many calls later I came across Providence clinic and when I called was told none of the doctors were taking new patients !!! 20 minutes later as I sat on my bed feeling frustrated and crying I received a call back from a nurse named Maria who informed me that if I could have my 2 oldest there within half an hour a doctor by the name of Dr. Julian was willing to see them. I raced up there and was seen by Dr. Julian we became his patients and never looked back !! He became the go to doctor for our entire family. Even after my eldest son got married and when he and his wife had their first child he became his doctor and 3 years later he became his little brothers doctor as well. My kids are all grown now and I moved to Austin but continued to make the drive to Waco for doctor visits with him. We love Dr. Julian and will always be grateful for being such a wonderful doctor & human being. A special thanks goes out to Tiffany & Jackie who go above and beyond whenever I need anything at all. Doctor was out, nurse not any help either. They must have taken the whole week off for Thanksgiving. Should leave someone in charge that has some authority. Had to go to my doctor's office that had referred me Dr Patillo for treatment. Called again on Monday and after some checking around they will see me at 4pm on Tuesday. The lady was competent today and very helpful.
