I saw at least a dozen gopher tortoises during my short visit, as well as countless birds and reptiles. This is a beautiful preserve, that is well-maintained and CLEAN. There are many secluded areas that make this perfect for a peaceful hike, or lunch away from civilization. Come see nature at it's finest!

It has a very nice wood frame fencing with wire. It has a very nice gazebo structure that looks fairly new and has multiple picnic benches underneath it.
