It's not uncommon to find hair in the food 2 out of every 4 visits. I won't ever come back here again I recommend people not go here your better off eating kibble even if ya have to fight rover for a bowl. Like for real don't stop there you'll regret it if do cause sadly I'm for real it sucks.

Been a huge Waffle House fan for many years. However, after years of hitting up WH all over the country, I had never had a terrible experience until I visited this location. We came in and were seated, 2 waitresses, one sitting down on her phone & the other holding up the counter and watching the cook do all the work. We sat there for a good 15-20 min before any of the staff even acknowledged we were there. We assumed it had been a rough evening, so we patiently waited. We finally got some coffee and some water and then placed our order. We sat there for the next 30 min as several customers got up and left unattended while the cook kept making online orders only. After about 15 orders were bagged and waiting on the counter folks started coming in to pick up the orders they had placed online. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS WRONG! We kept waiting and finally we hear them giving our order to the cook and them throwing it onto the grill. All the while, we never had anyone come back by to give us a refill on either coffee or water. When our food arrived it was in to-go containers, which we didn't mind but thought kinda strange. We grabbed some utensils from over the counter ourselves and began to eat. That's when the manage came running over to tell us we had to go. After all that time of sitting in there, the only time they paid any attention to us was to tell us we had to get out. We hadn't said a word to anyone the whole time we were there. We had sat patiently never bugging the staff because they were all the way on the other side of the restaurant just chilling. We had done nothing to cause any issue at all w/anyone. But they threw us out anyway before we could even take a bite. So we bag it back up and head to the house never to return. The cherry on top was that when we got home we discovered that we didn't even get all of what we had paid for or even ordered. The part we did get was at least 50% wrong. I've always heard folks crack jokes about Waffle House and how nasty it is, but I've always and will continue to be a fan, just not of this location. I wouldn't tell anyone to not go to this location because I'm sure the staff there changes often, so you may have a completely different experience when you go here. However, we will stick to going to the one in Paragould where we always have top notch service and a full cup of coffee!
