Nice location at the base of the hill that makes the Pinnacle shopping area. Ashley served us with a smile. Justin started us off when we first sat down. This visit I ordered the Hashbrown Bowl: hashbrown base topped with melted cheese, your choice eggs, either bacon or sausage. I chose over medium eggs and bacon. It's has been over 25 years since I've been to a Waffle House. The food is much different from back then of course and the restaurant seating had changed. But the overall feel for the place is the same. Kind of that familiar feel you get when you go to your Aunt Gladys's house. You know, the one with 3 unlicensed pit bulls, an old Pontiac up on blocks and she uses canned milk? I felt like the Waffle House did not disappoint. I love it. The waffle is much thinner than it used to be, but things change in 25 years. Though the buttery delicious flavor was still as I remember. My hash bowl with gravy was on point. The cost seemed so reasonable to me. Two of us ate for $27 and then we tipped. Our waitress was so sweet and even helped a single dad entertain his kid so the dad could eat. The place wasn't very busy with customers inside, but the take out orders kept them busy. Pretty much just the way I remembered, less the take out option. 1 Jan 2026 530 pm Precious (aka Daiz) waited on us. I pointed at pictures of Delmonico and another thing which each included several items (toast etc). I specified medium for Delmonico. What Daiz brought was only 1 plate with half/cooked eggs and a steak. Daiz acted like to NOT bring everything in the picture I pointed to made sense. I don't know if she was being racist or she's that stupid. It was extremely noisy with all the noise made by the staff. I didn't tip. I felt like I was an intruder in someone else's house instead of a guest. Never again. We then went straight to McDonald's. That was the most bizarre restaurant experience in my life and I have traveled over much of the world in many different countries with extremely different cultures read more

It is very sad when you have two men and a female with tattoos on her arms cussing and making fun of the people who are in the restaurant. Carylon was our waiting on us and they would not acknowledge her and laughed because they where forgetting items on people food . Opening week, this place was very clean. We visited today(10-7-2021), yummy food. Friendly staff. It was messy. There was a piece of bacon on the window. Raven was awesome. She went above and beyond and dealt with more then anyone should. But "Bobo" was a completely different story. He was throwing dishes, yelling at the waitresses for no reason. He was very demeaning and verbally abusive to every single person who worked there. The dude needs to go. We won't go back until he's out. Went to eat here for lunch, first thing the waitresses were having an argument about their hours and the manager. They kept the argument the whole time making our food. Once the food got there, I didn't get my bacon, my boyfriends bacon was burnt and so were my waffles. The grits I had were gross and had a hair in it. I don't know, usually they're okay but this experience wasn't very good. I probably won't be coming back. read more

We were VERY disappointed in this location. We sat at the high bar to order our food. One waitress took our drink order, another waitress took our food order, and yet another waitress came to us after the first two took our order and said "okay, what can we get for you today?" As we waited to get our order, two employees were washing dishes...the sink is DIRECTLY in front of us at the bar...the surface where we would be eating wash splashed with soap and water. Our silverware had soap and water on it as well. We walked over to another seat and asked a waitress to let "whoever" our server was know that we moved and why. We were offered no drink refills, and no one checked on us our whole visit. I do not reccomend this place and will not be going back. read more

Were not from the area and we got hungry driving on our way to Alabama. The waitress with the red hair was very nice and welcoming to us. When were about to leave, the manager asked us if everything went well and told us we can take any drinks to go free of charge. All in all a very pleasant experience. I wish I got the names of our cook and Waitress because they were amazing! We went on Sunday June 5th around 11:45 p.m. if the restaurant could give extra recognition to whoever worked that night, they deserve it. If I could give a no star rating I would. My husband and I ate here tonight and this was the most absolute worst meal I've ever had. I've had meals from shoddy gas stations that were 100% better. It took us 30min to even get our drinks and that was after we cleaned the table ourselves. The waitress cursed out a patron first thing, half of our food was burnt and the other half completely undercooked. She NEVER washed her hands in between customers (NOT EVEN ONCE) and literally grabbed our waffles and took them to the plates, with her BARE hands!! I don't even know how one can mess up cooking a waffle, but one was burnt and the other was almost raw. Both looked like they had been made with pancake mix, flat and tasted like lard. His patty melt was completely burnt, my omelet was raw in the middle and had no taste, whatsoever. How is there no taste to ham and cheese? Our bacon was burnt to a crisp and couldn't be eaten either. If I were you I'd eat somewhere else. We will NEVER be back to this establishment again. I'll also be calling in the morning and speaking to the manager. WORST WAFFLE HOUSE, EVER!!!! RUN! read more

Just ate there with my husband. Wanted to try it out because it is new. Within 45 min he was throwing up from massive food poisoning. He had the Steak and Bacon sandwich on Texas Toast with Hash browns (all the way). Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. read more

Just had breakfast the waffles were under cooked, the eggs were over cooked. And if you like having your breakfast served different times, our sausage and waffles came out after our eggs. The place was clean, I'll give them that. But if they want good reviews, they need good cooks. read more
