Was very good, consistent with Waffle House. Had T-bone steak, over easy eggs, biscuits with side gravy, and grits with butter and cheese. All well done as expected from Waffle House. Server was so nice, brought everything we needed and was beyond polite. Will come back. read more

RACIST!!! RACIST!!! VERY RACIST!!! 10/21/2023 around 10:20 am. We walked in and sat at the table for three. We clean the table ourselves. They just stared at us and didn't want to serve us and don't even asked Just because we are Asian they they didn't want to serve. We were there before the White couples. They rushed to clean their table and asked what they wanted to drink and what they wanted to eat. We were there before the White couple for 10-15 minutes! the service was terrible, lady tried to bring us other people's food when she just took our order, and forgot our drinks. The cooks were leaving food out for 10 mins dropping stuff on it and then heating it up before serving. guy cleaning the grill with nasty black old grease and then dropped it all over the floor. They were using dirty rags to cover food. Literally the worst Waffle House I've experienced. read more

We are HUGE fans of Waffle House. If we go to 10 Waffle House locations, easily 9 out of those 10 are GREAT! Unfortunately this particular location was the one out of the ten that was far from great. Stooped by here for a late lunch on Sat 09/23 at about 1:30p.m. We were seated at a table that had not been cleaned from the last guests. There was food on the seats, the table was greasy and old used napkins hidden behind the condiments. Once seated we noticed that the entire place was FILTHY! Food, napkins, empty jelly containers all over the floor. Yes, there was a guy standing at the door with a broom and a dustpan but I don't think he knew how to use them. The music that the employees were playing was SO loud and obnoxious that we could barely hear each other talk. We asked if it was the juke box that maybe another patron was playing. We were told "no" and that it would be over in a minute. It was over in a minute until another employee came from behind the counter and cranked it up again. Our waitress was of the "I could care less variety". She spent most of her time counting out her tips at the counter than paying any attention to us. The food was okay, but once again, not up to Waffle House standards. Maybe because we noticed that it sat on the counter for a while getting cold until the waitress was done counting her loot and brought it to us. Bottom line, there is an IHOP on the other side of the parking lot. Either go there or up another exit or 2 on I-575 to a nicer, cleaner, friendlier Waffle House location. Avoid this Waffle House location. read more

Walked in to this Waffle House around 11, we were stared at like we were aliens. Workers then proceeded to tell us they were slammed even though there were only 2 other tables. We were fine with waiting so we sat down, and as another table walked in they wanted to our a sign on the door saying they were closed. Then told us that we needed to leave because the cook needed to leave. Will never be back. read more

I don't think I have ever given a Waffle House such a low score. Our waitress was just terrible. I was looking forward to a waffle and the soggy Frisbee I received was the worst waffle I have ever seen. I barely ate half of it. The sunny side up eggs were a runny soup. We sat back by the office. I guess the manager and another employee were in there chatting the whole time while the rest of the ship was sinking. With as many Waffle Houses around, I will never have to go back to this one. read more

I am grey haired and long in the tooth so it is a rare occasion when I am pleasantly surprised. The Waffle House franchises look crappy on both the outside and the inside so I doubted my friends' taste when they took me here for brunch. Well, colour me pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant and I daresay quite entertaining. The food was...colour me surprised...DELICIOUS! My palate is rather fussy but this was some of the best comfort food I've had in all my visits to Georgia. We had a large party and our orders were messed up a bit but the staff straightened things out quickly and without complaint. I can honestly say that the entire dining experience was delightful and I will visit this establishment again. That said, the only reason this establishment didn't get four stars is the bathrooms - though I did not use them myself others in my party expressed their displeasure at the lack of cleanliness and odour. read more

I currently work at this waffle house. This store comes off as a good store and a place that is friendly to work at but that's the complete opposite of what it is. The manger is a nice guy but doesn't have the back bone to be a manager. I am a minor working 14 hours in one day with no breaks at all. which is completely illegal. Every day we get praised that we are the nicest waffle house but no one seems what's behind closed doors. We get disrespected and treated like dogs. I get my work done and everything is clean yet still it's not enough to please anyone. This store is not clean. Every thing done here is half way done and the managers don't put in any effort to well train anyone here. i am self trained and it is absolutely sad. i went to 2 days of training and that was it. it was so unprofessional. As a trainee, i followed around someone who was also not trained well at all. This waffle house is so disappointing and doesn't deserve the praise it gets. i hope one day people will see how we are treated and that this place overall is not worth your time. Do not work here or apply. my two weeks starts now. I would quit if i could but i need my next job to know that i didn't give waffle house the satisfaction of knowing i "wasn't a good server". Even though i put my heart and soul into this job. so thanks waffle house for ruining my first job experience. read more

Worst service ever...the waiter could not answer any of our questions. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. It was not even busy. Worst Waffle House experience ever. There were only 2 people working. We only ordered waffles, a grilled cheese and chili. It should not have taken that long. read more

If I could rate this restaurant a 0, thats what it would be! I'm not one to complain and in fact this is the first time ever! I went in this morning with my boys and we sat down and was not even acknowledged for 7 minutes. By no means was this a busy time, however once greeted, the waitress Lisa appeared not very thrilled to be there. She was incredibly rude. We gave her our drink order. She came back 5 minutes later and we gave her our order. She brought our orders out little by little. I asked for scrambled eggs and when she brought the rest of the food she said the cook made a mistake on the eggs and asked me if i wanted over hard. I said no I would like them scrambled. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. She left me my order without eggs of course and said she would have the eggs out soon. It literally was 13 minutes later, she never came back, by kids were done eating there breakfast and were waiting for refills that she never came to do. Once she came I stated I no longer wanted the breakfast and asked her to please take the charge off but to go ahead and charge me for the bacon. Again she looked at me as if I was in the wrong. She walked away and talked about us to another waitress with attitude. I was at this point incredibly disturbed at how we were treated. Lisa came back with the bill and we went to pay it and of course she was just staring at us. Another waitress took our balance and asked us how it was. My son and I both said it was terrible. The manager had nothing to say about it and continued to cook. I stated that this was no way to grow a business. They looked as us and did not care. I will definitely never eat at this location again. With as quick as this area is growing you guys may want to look into who is representing your business. Not only does Lisa need to go, but you may want to look into new management! read more

Great service this morning, Lisa is a excellent waitress, and the cook done an awesome job on my breakfast. But the price for a simple lil breakfast 2 eggs, sausage and coffee nearly $10, don't seem fair too be priced this high, cuts down on the tip for the waitress.
