Stopped in for brunch today and had a great meal. As usual a waffle from Waffle House is so uniques no one can match them on that food item. Service was outstanding, Stacey Ann was our server and she had a wonderful attitude and very courteous. It was a pleasure talking to her during our meal. Watched her and she knew all of her regulars and had the order in before they could grab the menu. That is outstanding service at is best. She makes it a joy to come in and stop by for even a cup of coffee. Restaurant was not that bust and looked to be very clean wonderful atmosphere and relaxed. Also spoke to another waitress whose Daughter was in the Marines and had enjoyable time talking about her daughter's service to our country. You need to stop her if you are on Cornelia or just passing thru well with the stop. Give our best to the girls. read more

Wouldn't even give you a 1 star rating. On November 10th, me and my best friend went into waffle house around 7pm and our waiter took our order, he was very nice! Unfortunately the manager on duty, Zoie was the opposite. Not only was she calling out the two employees out for having a "messy area" infront of the customers, but me and my best friend witnessed her hitting her vape several times. She was so busy to complain about the two people on duty that night about how "messy" they leave their areas, but forgot to remind herself to put bacon and cheese on my bacon cheeseburger. It gets worse, as we were leaving, Zoie looks at me and my best friend and asks us if we pay rent, and proceeded to ask us if $300 was pocket change. I don't appreciate her treating her coworkers like shit, and I damn sure don't appreciate her prying into our personal life and asking me about my finances. Zoie doesn't need to be in charge of anyone but herself. read more

Stop hating on Waffle House and this one in particular. All during Covid, this particular restaurant stayed the most staffed, the most compassionate that we all just wanted a dose of some familiarity. Recently we took our twin toddlers for their first experience and now they're hooked! Thank you to our waitress who made a second waffle when she saw our boys scarfed that one down so quickly. every time i get waffle house, the experience is different. but this time i wanted to leave a review because i honestly was a little disappointed. we ordered online before going (when i do eat there , i normally go inside but it's almost 2 in the morning and it's COLD in there, iykyk) and added extra items to the order like cheese and gravy. they didn't put either on there unfortunately, burnt the bacon, and the hashbrowns are hard. the service itself was good, it was a quick walk in and walk out and she was super nice, but it's always on and off here. some days you'll get good food and some days it's really bad. read more

I avoided WH for years because the first one I went to sucked. But this is a really good one almost all the time. I always leave very satisfied with breakfast. Options are somewhat limited, but execution usually rocks and they don't add on a lot of extra charges, unlike say, Huddle House. This place and Sautee Trail Cafe are the only places I will eat breakfast out now after trying every place in Clarkesville, Helen, Cleveland, etc. read more

My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday around 11:30, it was packed! There was a sweet gentleman who was taking names and told us the wait time was 10 minutes and that it was! The staff here was so friendly!! Our waitress was so sweet and so attentive!! Our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering it! My boyfriend and I have been to plenty of waffle houses, but we've never been to one with such nice and polite staff!! Not to mention the food was great too!! A decent representation of the franchise with speedy service. A little too speedy as the waiter seemed to only give us seconds between visits asking if we were ready to order yet. Our orders arrived quickly and were accurate and tasty and the drink refills were prompt. I forgot that (like many other places) the syrup is served cold by default. I don't know if this Waffle House was having a rough day, but I just went in with my husband and my baby and this Waffle House gave us a pretty bad experience food wise. We ordered a cheesesteak bowl, a Texas bacon egg and cheese with a triple hash brown (covered and capped/cheese and mushrooms) and a biscuit and gravy side for my daughter. The biscuit and gravy is the only thing that came out correct. The sandwich ended up as just sausage and cheese. It was suppose to be bacon, egg and cheese, missing the egg and changed to sausage. The hash brown bowl had no cheese and the steak was dry. The triple hash brown had one piece of cheese and ham. No mushrooms. They did fix the sandwich, but it baffles me how a restaurant could mess up a whole tables order this badly. They also had waffle bits piled up at the waffle station. read more

Best place to eat in all of Corneliathe server was a joy to be around. Before come here the was very dissatisfied with your fine city but the gave me a reason to concern visiting y'all again. Waffle was flat, but it was unique. had penutbutter chips and chocolate chips on it. really was good id give the waffle a 8.3 out of 10 for its overall simplicity and great flavor. Hashbrowns were real and could see all the ingredients. Just a corporate chain pretending to be a local diner. Sure, it has its regulars and everyone knows each other -- people are friendly. But are they coming because they like it or because there are no alternatives in the area? Well it can't be for the food. The menu is absolutely boring. The portion sizes are not what you would expect from an American breakfast place. And the prices are insane. $6 for a hash brown, a piece of toast with 2 strips of bacon and a coffee? This is the only Waffle House near us, but about 30 mins away. Our family loves getting takeout but with such a drive we really appreciate being able to call ahead and have them already preparing the order so we don't have to drive 30 minutes there, order wait another 30 minutes, and then 30 more minutes back home. Well calling in an order at this location has become a pipe dream. For months now they haven't answered the phone. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you call, even if they're not busy, no one answers. I've even gone by before and looked inside to see employees just standing there, will call, and no one moves a muscle. The one time I actually got someone on the phone I was put on hold the whole 30 minutes it took me to drive there, went in expecting them to be busy and only one person was in there, and one employee, the rest were out back smoking as is typical with the type of people who work at this location. Corporate should look into this location or find a way to set up online ordering for it because they are turning away customers on the daily by not even attempting to service them. Seriously this place might as well be a huddle house. The Waffle House name shouldn't be disgraced in such a way that allowing this location to continue on, continues. Honestly, if owners are reading y'all should fire everyone and hire people who actually do their jobs. As even your managers clearly don't do their jobs. My family has been to many Waffle Houses on road trips and it's always hit or miss. This one was definitely a hit! The food was cooked perfectly as we ordered it and our waitress (Ciara) was very pleasant and checked on us frequently. We were very pleased with our meals and the service. read more
