You order at the counter, and food is brought to you. Food was being prepped and then sitting with no heat source for a while in many cases - you could see when the food was ready to be picked up. I wanted to just try the biscuit, so after we were all done eating I ordered a single biscuit. It took 28 minutes, in a biscuit restaurant - one single biscuit. When it came to me (finally) there was no butter or spread on the side. I asked for both and I believe they only had one jelly option. That is also very confusing to me. Seems like you would have a variety of really cool jams and jellies. They have some interesting biscuit concepts, but when you spend $100 for 6 people to eat biscuits and 5 of them are in high school, you really need to deliver on your concept. It is a great concept and I am sure the location will execute. I would note that since the closing of Ed's Seafood Shed on the hill in Spanish Fort, this is the only other good option for breakfast besides Chick-Fil-A and Waffle House.
