I showed her the overcooked burger, and she offered to have another one made, but by then we'd already eaten. The flavor was good, but it definitely would've been better at the requested temperature. Lesson learned--check your burger doneness before your server leaves the table, especially when they're priced around $16-$18 and more. On the bright side, the fries were excellent!
