Generally speaking my expectations at a WH are never really high. This location surprised me with both great service, a clean well maintained restaurant and very friendly staff Christmas morning breakfast and all the employees were in a great holiday cheerful mood. So Let Me Start Off By Saying I Was Just Charged $61.60 for this. I'm going to add the pictures of what I ordered... and I want you to justify this real quick. I order a 2 egg breakfast, no hashbrown, eggs scrambled; two Texas bacon egg & sausage sandwiches, and 2 orders of 4 eggs scrambled cheese. Now even if they're doing a $0.50 per egg charge, that's $5 at most... and I'm counting the extra 2 from the egg breakfast. 10 eggs scrambled with cheese. 2 sandwiches, and not even a waffle. Tell me why I paid $51.80 for the same order, but it's only today they give it to me wrong and overcharged. That big lady Vickie gave me my incorrect order with her head down as she took an extra $10 bucks for herself. Welp, I hope that was a great thing for you. Serves up well since you got yelled at for not being about your job and not taking things seriously. I saw your A$$ today. You gotta go. I don't mess with the stereotypical behavior either. The prejudice and laziness is appalling. And the nerve to give yourself an extra $10 bucks while giving me a crappy order is why I know not to trust this location. I don't respect this at all. No wonder these service workers get chairs thrown at them, my family and I waited forever for our table to be cleared off before sitting down. It was like asking someone for money out their paycheck just to get our table cleared. After sitting down we waited another 10min with not a single employee speaking with us. I had to completely turn around and ask loudly who our server was with still no help. A couple came in after we had already been sitting down for 10/15 minutes at this point and were taken care of and orders taken immediately. No thank you Waffle House. We will be taking our business to Huddle House from now one. At least here our waitress spoke with us within 1 minute of sitting down. read more

I haven't been to a Waffle House in a long time and this was my last time. I am sad to say this location killed my love of this restaurant. The waiter that was taking my order was over talked by another waitress, so he couldn't take my order properly. While my order was being made I noticed a tomato lying on the cutting board. I asked if that was my tomato and the cook said yes and I told her I didn't want it. She says to me that I told her I wanted it and now I didn't. We've all heard the stories about Waffle House workers so I didn't want to argue with her and it escalated. She took the tomato and threw it back into the container with the other tomato slices. Disgusting. And for those prices they should have better standards. Definitely not the standards Waffle House had 15 years ago. read more

All Waffle House serves the same food and at about the same quality. Why four stars? It is the quality of the service. I ate at this one three times during a three day visit with my nephew who was station at Fort Stewart. Had three different servers and each one were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The woman who worked here was rolling her eyes at us with every order we would make and when we asked where the menus were she snatched them from behind us in the most aggressive way then I ordered my food without any dairy (I'm extremely allergic) and she put cheese on my hash browns then when I told her I can't eat it she snatched it from in front of me and told the other waitress that I ordered cheese on it when I never did. She then proceeded to say she was going to call the cops if we didn't pay for the food I ordered that they messed up which I didn't even take a bite out of. read more

By far the friendliest Waffle House and I've been to many. I come to this one often for to go orders and today decided to dine in. I came in alone and didn't feel alone due to the friendliness of the staff. My order is always correct and I never have to ask for refills. They forgot my order that I called in 20 minutes before I got there and my food was burnt. My waffle was as hard as the cement.

Went in to this establishment at 0800 am this morning and ordered two fiesta omelettes with two biscuits and gravy. I paid for my order and walked out the door by 0810, except it wasnt my order. Instead of giving me my order for free having already paid for an order, I was "refunded" my money which may or may not be back in my account in 3 days. I was then charged for my order. It was also suggested to me at this time by another staff member ( other than the girl that was messing up my order) that I drink some coffee and wake up. I then continued to wait until 0830. SO for 70 dollars an hour I got hassled and watched other people walk in, order, and leave. BEST PART. As I get called up for my order I say no thank you to ketchup and begin walking out the door when the girl accuses me of trying to walk out without paying! Might I suggest basic math problems and memory enhancing games during breaks. read more

There are a couple of Waffle Houses in Hinesville, but I think this one is my favorite. The servers are always so sweet, and my eggs are always cooked correctly (it's hit-or-miss on that count at the other location). There's no beating a WH when you just want a good hot greasy breakfast at 2 pm. And the coffee's always so good. Pro tip for the moms: this one is new enough that its high chairs still have functioning straps on them. ;) read more
