It takes you a ridiculously long time to get service, food, and then your check. Food comes out cold. Almost every single time. Because it doesn't get served. The bar area always looks unkept. One time the server was filling containers with butter behind the bar, as she was doing it, butter was dripping down the front of the beer cooler. I know she saw it. She did nothing to clean it. The food is good there . Lunch menu is reasonable and not overwhelming much to choose from. However waiting time is a bit long for food to come to table even when there is not a lot of people dining. 27 September 2024, Hinesville Ga. My wife and I go to Longhorn for dinner, It's extremely busy but 1 person in front of me to put or name on the wait list. The lady says she has a reservation, but is told they don't do reservations only wait lists and will be called in the order on the list. The lady says her daughter is part of management here ( Ariana or something similar to that) and points to her. The hostess goes to the other employee and returns and tells her she can be seated immediately, every other customer is told there is an hour and half wait to be seated. This is an unacceptable business practice and probably not be returning. read more

For a several months Longhorn in Hinesville did not have Stampede Cake which we've had many many times at different Longhorn Restaurants. So I was pleasantly surprised when I called them and they did have the cake. Sara was really great when I called in my order and was very personable when I went to pick it up at curbside. The cake was a surprise for my husband's birthday and my heart dropped when I saw how they packed it in the container. I even brought a cooler so it would stay cool and the ice cream wouldn't melt. Some how I will piece the cake together and try to make it look presentable. I should have walked it in to show the manager but I didn't because I had my dog with me. I really like their food and the servers are friendly...it was an unfortunate situation.There will be a next time and I will definitely go in the restaurant to pick it up and check it before I leave. read more

After seeing the star rating I was hesitant to recommend it for a group of friends to meet for dinner. Our experience was 4 star+. We all had steaks of different types and temps and they were all spot on grilled to perfection. Side dishes were as good as LH can do and the bread is always a bonus! The waitress suggested an appetizer their "spicy chicken bites" were delicious! What a great suggestion! Good friendly service! Definitely recommend this spot for anyone whose craving steak. This is not the first time that we got to the restaurant early evening and has to wait for so far about 30 minutes to be seated. On top of that we walked in the door and there were 4 servers up front and it wasn't until 5 minutes later when I asked for a manager did anyone look up. When we came in we were the only party of two waiting but two groups were seated before us. It's obvious that the problem is management. A party of 2 should never have to wait 30 minutes+ to get a seat. There are still 2 servers at the front desk ignoring everyone. I blame the management 100% for severs showing up late and the lack of customer service. It comes from the top and it's blantly obvious the management does not care about the customers. read more

This longhorn location in Hinesville got everything right. What a pleasure it was to dine here last month. To be fair, it wasn't very busy when we arrived but it was crowded by the time we left. All staff were cheerful and friendly. Our filet mignon steaks were cooked perfectly, and delicious. Broccoli was perfect too, not too crunchy not too soggy. We had chicken wings appetizers & requested extra crispy and while we could've enjoyed them even more crispy, at least they were not soft skinned and the taste was very good. We let the manager know that we really enjoyed our visit. We stopped eating at the longhorn in our FL home location because there was a problem every time we had eaten there.
