Worst WH I've ever been to. Disorganized. Dirty. Cheese not melted in cheesy eggs. Waffle burnt.

This is the worst service I've ever had at a Waffle House. There are 7+ workers, but in 30 minutes not one checked in on me or refilled my coffee, totally ignored, even by ones "training" others. I was going to leave a large tip to my server, but will not leave one at all now. There were more employees than customers! Terrible service and the food was mediocre at best which is unusual for a Waffle House. read more

I want to start by saying that I'm only giving one star because the food didn't taste bad. The whole experience was horrible at best, the most deplorable service and the worst facility ever! The entire visit was the worst I've ever experienced at any Waffle House in the country. The entire restaurant was filthy, the cook was sleeping in a booth when I walked in, he got up and said, "sorry my servers are....lazy I guess". He said he would go get them, and the server came out a few minutes before we left. The cook ended up taking our order and serving us the entire visit. When the cook started cooking our meal the server came out with headphones on, didn't acknowledge is ever, and proceeded to leave the back area. A few minutes before we finished our meal (after being at the restaurant for about 30 minutes) she came out still with headphones on, and proceeded to take a nap at one of the booths. This all took place on a Saturday at around 4am....yes it was early, but if your establishment is open, I would expect some level of service. read more

It's a Waffle House. If you're expecting high end breakfast, don't go to one! Ordered the 2 eggs with bacon, hash browns, and toast combo. Not too bad, but the bacon was extremely salty. The waitress brought me orange instead of a tomato juice, but when I pointed out the misunderstanding, we were given the erroneous extra orange juice at no charge. Overall it's your average Waffle House. No complaints here! read more

Absolutely disgusting. No gloves were worn by ANYONE. One guy would grab a handful of bacon (still no gloves) and then go touch other things in the kitchen. And the guy in charge of toast would put his hand on all of your food to slide it over on the plate to set the toast down. My father and I have been eating here for ten years and we're NEVER coming back! Good job guys. read more

Today, I was meeting my son for lunch. I went in to get a seat. First, when I open the door I was hit with an awful smell. As I stepped through the door, I noticed three employees who where not busy or maybe I should say they were talking to each other. There was no greeting which is ok. I sat in front at the booth for some time and noticed I was being ignored. I waved to get one employees attention but nothing happen. I started looking at my watch, ten minutes later I walked out. No one said anything. Could I help you or I will be with you in a moment etc. would have been ok. This is my second and last bad experience at this place in recent months and I will not be back. read more

Ok I have a couple of problems with this place. First let me say that the best thing about this place is the food. The waitress did a good job but that's where it ends. I should have known what kind of place this was when I parked the car. There was an empty beer bottle on the walk in front of the store. The cook came out several times for a smoke and never picked it up. The excessively loud bantering between employees was too much. It was so loud you could not enjoy the food. The restaurant was dirty, the restroom was dirty the toilets were dirty. They had to tell one waitress to wipe of the tables. I don't think they washed their hands either. The cook has no idea how to cook a meal so the everything is done at the same time. Our meal was served in segments eggs and grits 1st, then came the waffle next, came the sausage. Go to this place once every two months or so. Consistent food quality and always quick attentive service. I know that other reviewers have complained about poor service, but that hasn't been my experience. read more

A great greasy breakfast to start the day!

So after 10 minutes of waiting the waitress finally came up to my table and asked us for our choice of drinks and food, with the "I hate my job attitude". About 15 minutes later my drink showed up, but you have to give her the benefit of the doubt because whoever she was texting must be really important to leave us hanging. Her constant yelling across the building made it hard to hold a conversation with the person across the table from me. Waffle House in Parker is the most disgusting, anti-hygienic , need to get cited by the health department , poor excuse of a restaurant I've ever had the misfortune to step into. It was about 6:30 in the morning when I went in to grab a bite before heading to the airport and the two employees that were working just stood there with earphones stuck in their heads and didn't acknowledge me or my sister. When I took a look around and saw how disgusting the kitchen was and how tables weren't cleaned after customers left, we turned around and never looked back. You people need to get the health department called on you and hire a different night manager to whip that place into shape. Everything was awful. The customer service was awful the moment my son and I walked in... When the food came to me it was cold and burnt. I also noticed a piece of eyelash or a little hair black hair that was near my eggs. The eggs were not fully done and the grits was mushy and just horrible! I did not feel welcomed at all. Hard to get to across the Valero parking lot but worth the trip. Fast service and good food.

we got here at 10:30 p.m. and THEY DIDNT HAVE WAFFLES !!!!!!!!!! what place that has waffles in the name of the restaurant doesn't have waffles. however, the chocolate milk is DEVINE! At first we thought it was quite tepid,however the great quality, mass, and creaminess of the milk made my day. the jam variety OH MY GOD!!!!! i can't control how much i love the jams. that's probably why the seats are so sticky:( i over heard a employee say that they had to wait an hour and a half for their boss to bring more waffles. Also the temperature is quite frigid, the seats are sticky most likely from the amazing jams and i did not receive a straw. a metal straw... for the turtles of course. sksksksk. We stayed for a long period of time because she got stuck to the sticky seats. To conclude it up, i loved the hospital visit after eating the bacon. the doctors aren't sure if the disease was caused by the uncooked bacon or hairs in the hash browns. also the heinz tomato catch up from 1869 was exceptional and fulfilling. love ya read more

Large portions, for a few dollars you can pile on some serious portions. The waffles are decent. All of the food was pretty decent actually, what stood out the most to me was the staff. There was a handful of ladies in the kitchen and the front counter who had some interesting conversations that kept my my party and I entertained. read more

No, No, No, Nooooooooo. Before the State switched their health inspection reports to written requests...this place was written up for two violations (a few years back). I believe one had to do with "open wounds" and another had to do with "storage of food in the ice bins". Um, no thanks. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely horrible service! So for starters, we wait about 20 minutes at a dirty ass table for someone to come take our order. Nice gentleman. Took 5-10 minutes to get our food, no problem. But we didn't get silverware. So an employee walks by and my boyfriend says "hey boss can we get some silverware please?" This fool blows the fuck up! Says to us "ask your fucking server." My boyfriend goes "excuse me? All I want is some silverware." The employee goes "I'm not your fucking server! Go ask him!" So my boyfriend goes "well the server is your homie and he's all the way on the other side of the restaurant so can you ask him for me?" So the guy comes at my boyfriend and starts cussing him out saying how he'll come over the counter and beat his ass. Then his little nasty girlfriend manager comes out and says we need to get out. Says that she can't have us "disrespecting her employees." Even the other people in the restaurant started yelling at the cook and manager and we all grabbed out food, plates and all, and walked out. We are our food in the parking lot and watched as other people fed up with the employees walk out. We went back in to give the plates back and they threatened to call the cops. ON WHAT?!? Your employees harassing us? Yeah! Call the cops. We just decided they weren't worth our time so we left, as well as everyone else in the restaurant and the kid who started the argument in the first place quit on the stop. read more
