Cute little brunch spot right off C470 and Quebec. They have a vast selection of breakfast items, a coffee bar and lunch. Jason greeted us promptly after we were seated. He is a very attentive and friendly server. Their dollar sized pancakes are yummy with a citrus zest. My husband loved his cinnamon roll. I also really enjoyed my Benedict with veggies. So delicious! The restaurant is bright and airy. Only complaint is the bathroom smell. We were sat right by it and there is a horrible sewage smell. They really should look into it. We were a bit early on a recent Sunday morning and our server Tim was so patient. We had not seen our guests in a while so we had some catching up to do. First time at Le Peep although I know that they have been around for decades. Everything about my experience was mediocre, the ambiance is beige, the service was muggish, my server didn't follow instructions so of course it make sense la that my Eggs Benedict was mediocre too. I asked for poached eggs I received basted eggs cut apart. It's a cardinal sin to serve a chewy un-toasted English muffin under a slurry of packaged hollandaise sauce. The hash browns were also under-cooked. Underwhelmed for $30 breakfast. I can't imagine giving this restaurant a second chance. read more

Parking lot was full, many people in tables and on the patios for this Friday morning. The table was nicely organized with water, cups and condiments. The server and host staff were great. It was once we got our food that I had some concerns. My sons egg was over cooked, my english muffin was burnt, the omelette was overcooked, steaming hot and the bowl of fruit was just the one melon with not even a full strawberry or anything else. My sons churros French toast sticks were ok, the sauce might have been old because it was sour. I personally do not like lemon in my water because of the seeds and that's exactly what happened when I poured it into a glass. Was this place busy with friendly attentive staff? Yes. Not many good brekkie places near my area but this ones a keeper. Nothing dramatic, nothing special. Just a good breakfast. We went for skillets. The Wanderer is good if ya like bacon, cheese and onions (who doesn't?) and the Megabowl which has basically everything. Good flavors and portion sizes. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Coffee good and served in its own little pot. This review is prolly one of the most low key I've ever written. But then again breakfast should be low key but delicious. Nuff said. read more

There are plenty of other amazing local breakfast places to visit but my sister wanted to go as she has enjoyed it in the past. Well, let's start with the really good stuff! The waitress was great, friendly, helpful and just made us feel at home. The latte was very good, smooth. Atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable. Presentation of food was nice. Now, the taste of the food. It wasn't horrible, but it was unfortunately bland. I had an egg dish w mushrooms, cheese, bacon and scallions, w a side of homemade potatoes and toast. When I dug in, I expected lots of flavor, but it just kinda blended all together. Needed a chef's touch. The potatoes were the most flavorful thing on the plate, but I just can't eat 2lbs of potatoes and bread. My wife had Eggs Benedict, which again was average. Which was disappointing; however the food was good. Hubby got Rock Lobster scramble. I got Baja Benedict. Kiddo got grilled cheese with fruit. Everything was delicious. Good portions. I couldn't finish mine. Hollandaise was super tasty. I really liked the potatoes. They weren't too crispy but not too soft either & so flavorful. So if you're looking for a stiff bloody Mary, like myself, for brunch... or looking for a hip vibe.. this isn't your place. I have a Mohawk at the moment & heavily tattooed. Went here for the first time today. I ordered a mocha and the Eggs Benedict. Both were phenomenal. The Eggs Benedict was the best I've had in CO. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The ham was delicious. The English muffin was nicely toasted and the Hollandaise sauce was delicious. I also loved the potatoes on the dish. They were perfectly seasoned and nicely crisped. Our waitress was very nice and was good about checking in to see what we needed. The restaurant itself was fairly clean but I think the floors under the tables could've used a little more attention between customers. Otherwise, great experience! Bill came to $40ish pre-tip for two adults and a kid, which was reasonable for the amount of food we got. We went around noon so it wasn't as crowded since we heard it's crazy busy in the mornings. I was attracted to this restaurant because I thought the outside appearance looked nice. There are several interesting items on the menu, but I chose the Country Benedict, not being sure exactly how this would be served. I did ask to substitute the Peasant Potatoes for the hashbrowns and glad I did. The dish was a great combination of scrambled eggs, grilled onions, ham, and Benedict sauce over a bed of crispy potatoes. It was served with sourdough toast (other options were available), and a generous serving of fresh fruit. I thought the food combination was exceptionally tasty. This was one of the best breakfast dishes I've had in quite some time. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. I'll add that the service was very good. Long wait to be seated, even longer wait for server, another especially long wait for the food, food eventually served lukewarm with several errors, apathetic/unmotivated staff with no sense of urgency. What's not to love? I'm typically not hard to please and I believe this is the first time in my entire life I left no tip - and I used to work in the restaurant industry, so I usually tip very well. The food here is completely over-rated and not worth the hassle - I would have been better off with toast and coffee at home. I was craving pancakes plus meat so we decided to get the country fried steak plate and the two dollar side of pancakes. I can't speculate on whether they're making that country fried steak from scratch in the restaurant but to me it tasted like what I always think of as "those premade industrial factory made country fried steak patties". The gravy was okay. Kindly because it was a slow time the waitress allowed us to split the two eggs so I got one scrambled and one over easy. The over easy was perfectly cooked and delicious the scrambled eggs were awful and did not even taste like eggs really. If I visit is again I would absolutely just go with Fried eggs because that was really well-made. I found the potatoes to be kind of generic. They were cooked okay but nothing special. The pancakes were probably one of the better things in the meal for me. They were tender and soft and not at all chewy or rubbery like pancakes can sometimes be at diners. Our waitress was happy and quick and made the meal more pleasant because of that. We also ordered two drinks: a caramel Macchiato and a cinnamon bun latte. The cinnamon latte was really really good. The caramel Macchiato was a little bit bland in the coffee department not particularly sweet either and a bit too milky for my preference. One of my largest impressions overall it was how clean the restaurant was ...the glasses were clean, the tables were too & the floors were spotless. Sometimes in diners or breakfast cafés things can be kind of sticky or smell eggy even when it's supposed to be clean and this place was the total opposite and had stellar cleanliness! read more

I've been a few times the past few weeks and ordered the Hen Pen and Small Denver omelette. Both were great, portion sizes were huge. They come with all the jam/hot sauces fixin too. Good Coffee, good orange juice, Good breakfast Servers have been quick, nice, many of them look like they are high school kids. So shoutout to the young professionals and le peep for hiring. Le Peep has something different than other breakfast places. It's called Gooey Buns. It's topped with crunchy sliced almonds and with that a tiny container of sliced sugared fruits and some sweet cream. Try this if you haven't. It's not that sweet. It looks like an English muffin under those crunchy almonds. Otherwise they have the usual breakfast stuff with different catchy names like the Hen House. I had two over easy eggs, corn beef hash, country potatoes and the Gooey Buns. This particular location is better rated than the other Le Peep so we decided to try this. The welcoming committee was very pleasant :) They also offer discount cards you can have them punch a hole everytime you go. I think 10 visits equal one free breakfast? Our waitress was great. You pay at the counter on the way out. Two for breakfast $22 plus tip! Pretty good! Oh yeah the portions are not huge if you're looking for that. It's not small either. Just perfect! read more
