I love this place! I think it's a cute little restaurant that's perfect for a girl's lunch with the bestie or coworker. It's even great for a solo date, as I usually come here to do just that. My first time at this location was a good experience(07/16/24). The service and food were both excellent. Very warm and welcoming ladies at the counter, ready to take my order. I really enjoyed having an healthier option for lunch. My scoop of kickin Kay Lynne was the perfect spice and very tasty. I also loved the grape salad. The ambiance here is relaxing and casual. My wife was really wanting to go here recently, and I decided to give it a try. I'm not a huge chicken salad person, so I had been resisting it. I looked over their menu and decided to out their pimento cheese. I got the spicy pimento cheese BLT and was very pleased with it. I would, however, probably choose the normal pimento cheese the next time I order here. Now I'm normally a fan of spice, but I like heat for flavor, not heat for heat's sake. So here's your warning. Their spicy pimento cheese is HOT. I still enjoyed it, but it was almost too hot for me, so for those who do not like heat will definitely find it too hot. Be careful usinh Uber Eats. The people that put the orders together dont pay enough attention to the orders. I used Uber Eats several times to order from this location. I would order a big container pf my chicken sald and TWO unsweetened teas. They never sent two. Only ONE. They owe me 12$. This was a wonderful surprise for lunch, as we just thought it a cute name when driving by. We came in to a counter full of people, who absolutely welcomed us and made us feel that they loved working there. One guy (manager/owner?) gave us a rundown on the general concept (chicken salads) and how to order. Other team members joined in, saying "...and you can get these on bread or lettuce." Great way to start the visit! We ordered and waited only a short time before being brought our food. We ordered a scoop of the original, The Dixie Chick, which has onion flavors and The Scotty, which has bacon and cheese. My kids also got 2 fancy decorated sugar cookies. We sat outside and within 5 minutes our food came out. The 3 scoops were served with crackers, on a bed of lettuce and with a tiny, cute sugar cookie! Soooo it was...ehh pretty good. So we were there for the opening and we stood in line for what felt like ever. I truly thought that it would be absolutely amazing and it was just okay. Now the Staff, including the owner were all very nice and talkative and attentive. Absolutely lovely. But the food was just okay... weirdly a little dry in some parts of the chicken salad. They allow you to sample your choice of chicken salad before you buy it(no,the samples are not big so don't go in there thinking you are going to get full off the samples and not have to buy anything lol!). It also came with a Butter cream frosted cookie( Which is the only desert I saw in their menu) and crackers. I only paid $10.99, which wasn't bad because they give you a nice amount of food. I loved this place. It's has unconventional Chicken Salad not the Chicken salad that I am used to. There soup is great and prices are great! I never had Chicken salad with grapes in it.
