Waffle Houses are everywhere in Atlanta, but this was my first time actually dining at one and I was pleasantly surprised! The place itself is very low key, kind of like a fast-food diner vibe, nothing fancy. But the food? So good! I had a scrambler with hash browns, cheese, and chicken sausage, fresh and flavorful. The chocolate chip waffle was amazing (though I wish I had tried the limited-time strawberry shortcake one!). Service was quick and friendly, and even though the ambiance was basic with families and kids around, it felt welcoming. Prices were really reasonable too. Perfect for a quick bite or casual meal on the road. I'd definitely go back for the taste alone! read more

Service was incredibly slow. Order was incomplete. We order two All Stars and never received the waffles. We had to leave without getting waffles because it took too long for them to cook them. There were hardly any customers so we could not understand why it took so long to get our incomplete orders. read more

This location has been amazing to me and my work colleagues. I tried to call and they were busy and they called me back to take a To GO order, that's pretty impressive in Atlanta Metro area. They took my order and it was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything for my order was there when I got it, tasted good, good temperature (although I was there right on time to pick up) and the staff were friendly. Place was clean! This morning we decided to join my papa for breakfast at his favorite Waffle House he goes to every morning. Last year he had a stroke and now has very minimal speech. I was in AWE at the staff at this restaurant and how well they treated my papa. Everyone said hello to him as he came in. As I went to pay for our bill I thanked the staff for being so thoughtful to my papa because he really enjoys coming to see them every morning. They even mentioned a time where they had a scare and had to call the ambulance for him (due to his heart problems, low blood pressure, etc we were so grateful they were able to do that for him). I had tears in my eyes as they ALL stopped what they were doing, even the cooks, to say goodbye to my papa as we left. read more

We got a very bad service with a worker, her name is Chelle. She deliberately tried to delay us by dropping the last waffle on the floor. Very disrespectful facial expression. She was on her phone the whole time while making the waffles, she was even drinking and eating at the same time. A man was eating peacefully and he felt that we were in a rush so he told her and she started acting even slower on purpose. read more

Had breakfast here today and it was an enjoyable visit. I ordered the All Star Breakfast and so did my partner. The food was great, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I wasted my time calling in an order to this location. I called the first time and was left on hold... I called bk and was placed on hold again, except someone came to the phone. Now I only dialed 2 locations and this location was the only one to answer my call TWICE! I arrived about 20 min later to come in and the waitress had no recollection of my order. I was so confused because my order was repeated back to me AND THEY GAVE ME A TOTAL!!! Of course she asked me what number I dialed and of course I left my phone at home. I had to drive all the way home, get my phone just to prove that I spoke to a waiter for 3 min! The manager was absolutely no help even tho he confirmed that the number I dialed was in fact their number. The only thing they could compensate me with for eating my time... was a sorry... Server was good but the store was dirty. Table was not wiped, floors were also dirty. Ladies room waste basket was overflowing with paper towels. Will not return to this location. This is located not far from an I-75 exit. So, I pity interstate travelers looking for a Waffle House. read more

I love waffle house but this place is the absolute worst. The place was pretty empty on Sunday evening and every table had food on it. All of the high chairs were missing the straps so they were worthless. We never got our waters and our waitress slept in the booth next to us. After she woke up she voiced our orders to the cook after other people that came in after us got their food first. I asked for chili and she said they don't have that here. Our food finally came out in little individual plates at different times. In the middle of our food coming out the cook just left. Instead if giving us our own hash browns they decided to pile all the hash browns on one big plate. That's enough for now...just gross. read more

I am so mad!!!!! I went in there and ordered a to go All Star Breakfast large, with an extra order of hash browns on the side. When I got home I found out that they didn't put any eggs in my plate. I cannot believe it. I even gave the waitress a 4 dollar tip!!!! I called back and she said she must have Zoned out... I can't believe it!! I go to there a lot and it seems like every time I get a to go order something is messed up. But this takes the cake. I generally like Waffle House but this location is the worst I've ever been to. We came in around 11am so the place wasn't super busy, yet there were three tables that hasn't been bussed. But that isn't what really disappointed me. That honor goes to the slowest cook staff I've seen. Usually a WH cook moves with speed and cranks it out but this was not the case. We stopped in here on a road trip hoping for a quick breakfast and that is not recommended. Unfortunately the extra time didn't make the food extra good. Worst Waffle House EVER!! My son and I went this past Saturday morning, I ordered a Chicken Melt WITH onions, hash browns with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and chili. My Chicken Melt, Did NOT have onions, & when I was mixing up my hash browns, there was a HAIR wrapped around a tomato! It was GROSS! Then, they only gave me 10% off the check! No apology at all! Absolutely horrible, trash everywhere and food on the tables. It appeared the cook was sleeping in the back and no manager was in site. It took forever to get our drinks, there was barely anyone in the store. Also I ordered an orange juice to go and the waitress poured my juice from a container that had been sitting on the table, the juice was warm, I had to throw it away. Wow what a pleasant surprise! Haven't been to this location in quite sometime. The awesome service started with the Host- Dylan who held the door open even in the rain. He was more than friendly to every customer who walked in. He even walked a woman and her baby to their car holding his hat over the baby to keep it from getting soaked. Cece was our waitress and she was also super friendly. She checked on us just enough without being intrusive. Food was cooked perfect (and I can be picky). Awesome job today!!! read more

The most filthy restaurant I have ever set foot in. There was dirt and junk all over the kitchen floor. My food was terrible. I got oatmeal and it was watery. The waffles were made with lumpy batter. I ordered a cup of coffee and the cup was dirty and had food particulates in it. I kindly declined my meal and left. read more
