Grits, over easy eggs, sausage links, and delicious coffee!

If you're looking for a classic diner environment with quality breakfast/lunch cuisine, this is a great stop! Environment: There are tables and a breakfast bar to sit at in a clean environment. The service was fast and so friendly. They have a family-feel and despite being busy running from table to table, the servers were so kind and warm to their guests as well as to each other. It is refreshing to see smiling faces and positive feelings! Food: Good variety especially for a smaller place! Classics such as sandwiches, eggs/toast, waffles of course! Being from Pennsylvania, it was interesting seeing grits and liver pudding on a menu! I had the eggs, sausage, grits, and toast. Very satisfying and prepared fairly fast! We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from a trip to Myrtle Beach. I'm happy we did. Overall, easy to get to from the highway, quick and friendly service, and great food!

Nice folks and a good place to stop for a quick breakfast. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. We also had the steak and eggs. Not bad.

Nice place to get breakfast. Waffles tasted great and the eggs were good too. Didn't wait long to get serviced and the prices were reasonable. Menu has a few options as well.

Great little place, nothing fancy, but just what you would expect out in the middle of nowhere. Good, consistent food prepared in a hurry. Friendly, dedicated staff that literally work 7 days a week. It's not going to put waffle house out of business, but it's the next best thing!

Friendly Staff . Ordered the Caramel Banana Waffle with a side of bacon and HasHBrowns Would say this is a Nice Family Restaurant Very Clean and Food is Delicious

Stopped on our way home from the beach. Very good food and friendly staff. The smoked sausage was some of the best I've ever had.

To give you an idea, my husband and I ate there this evening and here's what we had (all excellent). Appetizers: tuna tartare with capers, wasabi, sesame seeds, lettuce, and crisps. It was well balanced and delicious. The other appetizer was Cambodian Spring Rolls, which were perfectly browned, and eaten by placing them in a romaine lettuce leaf with crumbled peanuts and dipping it in an amazing but light sauce. The textures and flavors played off of each other wonderfully, elevating it far above any regular spring roll you may be thinking of. For entrees, my husband had the special, Paella (saffron rice, mussels, shrimp, clams, and a whole crab, red bell pepper). Every item was perfectly cooked, neither undercooked nor overcooked and it tasted fantastic. My entree was perfectly cooked pan-seared salmon filet, with perfectly grilled large asparagus and the most amazing take on grits I have ever had (not your mama's breakfast grits). They were delicately flavored with butter, a hint of cheese and I don't know what else but it understated while still having flavors that seemed too complex for grits to have, without being overdone. There are menu items for both the more and less adventurous diner, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A gem in the middle of nowhere.

She seemed stressed so when it was my turn to order I kept that in mind and tried to be polite. That didn't last long. She became short with me when I chose different donuts for the dozen I had already paid for. I told her to "chill out" and lose the attitude. She glared glared at me and offered no apology. I told her I should just get a refund and she stated "I can give you a refund". I then asked her who her manager was and she answered she was one of them. She continued to make a drink and ignored me until I told her to give me my refund. She responded with, "we're very busy". In return I told her I wasn't going to stand there in the store until they weren't busy. She asked a fellow employee, " can you stop what your doing and give this guy a refund"?. While the employee was working the register I asked who the owner was and he stated, "Peter". I asked how to get in touch with him and he said he didn't know. I identified the owner as Peter Patel and left a message with a brief description of my experience. We'll see if he calls me back... If you can't handle the stress of working in a donut shop, find something else to do. Perhaps away from human contact. Stress is part of life but again, this isnt the level of stress that is experienced in other professions, ie, EMS, Medical personnel, Law Enforcement or even the owner of a franchise...

I like the ambiance too, they have elevated ceilings and the dining area is spacious, and it's clean Remember when KFC was good? Well Smithfield's has captured that with their tenders, the meat is tender and juicy, the breading is good and well seasoned it really is what I remember KFC being, delicious. Bbq pork was good, nice and meaty, needs some sauce though, not sure if you're supposed to ask for it separately or what but it was good, just needs sauce, the hush puppies were on point as well, Cole slaw and potato salad all very good I'd be more than willing to come back and try more of the menu
