Jeannie is the best. I moved here and needed a new groomer for my doodle. She treats the dogs well and he looks amazing. Highly recommend

My fiancé took our pup here as his first grooming session and we keep coming back. Great prices and they always do an amazing job!

I took my dog here for probably 8 years regularly. The owner/ manager whomever she's the head…read morehoncho has always been unfriendly and a couple times just rude. I kept going because I was fine with their work. The one time a few years back I tried to make a constructive suggestion on the cut I got pushed back. However today was the final straw after 8+plus years I will not go back. When my husband got back from dropping our dog off he said the owner was in a really bad mood. If you knew my husband he does not talk about people in that way. So when we went to get our dog and we got home with her she had not been cut. The hair was hanging in her eyes and clearly you can see her face had not been groomed. Hesitantly I called in to let them know my feelings. Didn't really want to after all these years but it was just that bad. I got a ridiculous response something about how my dog was not allowing her to blow dry her and therefore she could not properly cut her. But we are talking about professional dog groomers and also groomers that have done my dog for a plus years and you're going to tell me you couldn't do her because she wouldn't let you blow dry her? Ridiculous she had an attitude which I knew for sure she would before I even called. Number one if she had a problem and could not groom properly she should have given a discount, she did not. Still paid $80

I do not recommend this place. I tried their self service dog wash. Their tubs are too flimsy for…read morelarge dogs. And their shampoo's are so watered down that it just squirts out like tapwater. If you do go, you need to bring your own shampoo. On top of that, the "shampoo" smelled like something that's used commercially to mop floors. I've never smelled that smell before and a shampoo. God only knows what I was washing my dog with. When I asked the guy why the shampoos were so watery, he said that "they were running low so they added some water so that they would go farther until their next shipment arrived." Despite my better judgment, I also brought my Shih Tzu there for full grooming because she needed a haircut. When I dropped her off for her APPOINTMENT, the person that was going to groom her told me it would take a couple of hours meaning she would be ready by 11am, having a 9a appointment. At 11:15am I called the store to see if my dog was ready. The Store manager answered the phone and informed me that she would be ready around 2 PM because "they had a lot of walk-ins and other dogs that needed to be groomed too". I said well that's why I made an appointment and that the lady that was grooming my dog said that she would only take about two hours and would be ready at 11 AM. This person on the phone continued to argue with me about "you don't know how dog grooming businesses work," among other abrasive comments. I had gone out to run errands during these two hours and was nearby which is why I called. I decided to go ahead and go over there and pick up my dog - in whatever condition she was in. I figured if she was going to be another 3 hours, she was probably still in a cage waiting for her bath. When I arrived, they brought up my dog, who appeared to have already had her bath and haircut, Which made me extra confused - if she was already finished why did they tell me that she wouldn't be ready until 2 PM? When it was time to pay, one of the employees had to go back and ask what the charge would be for the grooming service. He came back flustered and said it would be $90! For a 15 pound Shih Tzu! I asked why it was so high, and he just said that's the price he was told. I asked to see a price sheet and he acted like he didn't know if one existed. Then he pulled out a price sheet that was laminated on a chain right there by the cash register and told me how these were "old prices from years ago" when he first started even though it was on a chain and laminated and right there dangling from the cash register. The price sheet for a Shih Tzu said $65 and up. I would certainly like to know why I was charged $90! Of course, there was no explanation. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend this place - self-serve or full groom. Save yourself a headache and possibly injury to your pet and go someplace else!
