I now know where to wash my dog! I rescued my dog 2 months ago and he had been chained up in the dirt for the past 5 years. When I got him he was a filthy, matted mess and not used to groomers or bathing whatsoever. Being a malamute husky mix the drama can be quite difficult and the staff was very patient and kind. They provided the care, help and all of the resources to have me get the self wash done. One of the groomers was able to fit in a quick trim of his hind end as his hair was far too long for him to ever poop and have a 'clean get away'. She was so careful, caring and patient with my dog's antics. King Arthur weighs over 100 pounds and the elevated tub area made his bath time very easy and successful. He now looks incredible and smells delightful. I am so glad I have a new place to wash my dog. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Cute Cuts! The groomers here are so patient and kind, and have the best interest of your dog at heart. Our dog, Koby, was adopted a couple of months ago and is really fearful of new places and people. Kiana (hopefully I spelled that right) immediately recognized Koby by name after only meeting him once or twice in the past. She was so patient with his nail trim and helped me develop a plan to get him used to being groomed. She was wonderful and clearly wanted to help with Koby's anxiety and get him to a place where feels comfortable and fear-free when coming there. Everyone there is so friendly and clearly love what they do! They pamper the dogs, shower them with positive attention, and provide great education to the owners on grooming maintenance. Wanted to use self wash area. Walked into business and was not greeted by the front desk gal. She said nothing no "hello", "welcome", "how may I help" or anything. I had to start the conversation by saying I was here to check out the self wash area. She's not friendly. Area is very small with inky two stations. Someone (looked like a staff member) using blow dryer and hair was flying everywhere in this small area. Decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have 2 dogs one senior that is almost 13 and has some physical medical issues. They called the day before the visit just to confirm and see if I had any questions or concerns. The owner listened and acknowledged everything I was concerned or curious about. They also called me during the grooming when they found a sore on her side. The girls look amazing! They werent trying to run out the door when I picked them up but they were when I dropped them off. They werent stressed when I picked them up. I'll be going here from now on. I had a very positive experience and I feel my dogs did too. I've been going here for years for the self service wash I liked the tubs being higher up for me. But it always seemed gloomy and dingy. But now the grooming area and the entire place felt brighter and cleaner. I know that it's a dog groomer and there will always be dirt and grime but the place feels better the owners have been there for about 3 yrs and it's changed. They care about your fur babies more than anywhere I've ever taken them. I've had a bad experience with groomers before and have only gone when I just can't physically do it myself because of that experience. They've changed my mind about that. The care and communication the owners and the groomers showed my girls impressed me. Thank you for renewing my faith in a dog grooming establishment. I will definitely go back! Prices were also reasonable and the booking time wasn't very long and drawn out like I've dealt with before. read more

She is so kind and gentle with my rescue dog and was able to quickly earn her trust despite my dog being very anxious about her nails being trimmed. They do a wonderful job with my dog. He always leaves happy, clean, and fluffy. Their deshedding and grooming process is never rushed and he always leaves smelling great. Depending on the service it can range from $75 -$100 for a large dog with a ton of hair. So far though it has been absolutely worth it. The only downside is the location of the business is not in a convenient location and their parking sucks if you show up at peak hours of 5 - 6 pm. But I drive all the way from the North Bethany area just so that my dog may be groomed here. Hailie does great work! read more
