I did really like the bun because it was decently fluffy. And the chicken was flavored well. But the meat was kind of dry, and I had expected more chicken to be in it in general. The chicken thigh pho had to be my least favorite though. The broth was really thin and didn't have any depth to it. And the noodles weren't the right type of rice noodle. Idek what it was, but it was kind of crunchy. The chicken thigh was pretty good though.

Unfortunately I didn't observe the man who cooked my food (and no hair net), if he also cleaned the Wok with the dirty water. I understand that the pans are piping hot, but it's unacceptable to have Woks "cleaned" with used, dirty water where food debris is swimming in. If the staff do that in front of customers, how badly are they handling hygiene issues where customers cannot see. Also, the sauce bottles were sticky. They had enough staff to clean, wipe down bottles and tables / to do better with hygiene. 2 were standing outside handing out leaflets for the Noodle Bar, and 3 staff inside. Do they really need 2 people handing out leaflets in a non-busy area while items can be cleaned inside? It was my last time at Neds Noodle bar, Hygiene in a food place is the #1 importance, without it, they lose business.
