We needed after hours emergency care for our cat and called our vet who recommended care that was over an hour from my home. Dr Stewart's message asked that we leave a message on her emergency contact number and if we didn't hear back from her in 20 to 30 minutes then we should call the facility that was over an hour away. She called me back and we got treatment for my cat who was dying. It's now 2 weeks after that night and not only did she save my Sammy but asked me to call back with regular updates to monitor his progress and tweak his meds as needed. We asked up front, how much the treatment would cost were provided with that information as well as information on a no interest credit card that is available for human and pet care services. We were able to cover cost ourselves but my point is this, we asked and were provided with choices, received excellent care in an emergency even though I had never taken my animals to her before. I definitely will be using this vet for all my future needs.

(Our family all agrees, our dog's happiness/comfort is the most important thing.) My dog Molly is super relaxed with Ashley (or at least, as relaxed as a mini-poodle can be lol). Molly always looks great after a visit to Ashley, & she always seems very happy. Very reasonable prices, & she was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend, & will definitely be back. (One thing to note- the Google driving directions were completely wrong. The salon is actually one street over from where it shows on the map.)

We noticed it immediately after bringing him home. A simple apology would have sufficed but to add insult to injury we were blamed for what happened while he was there. Unbelievable!
