My puppy has been going to Wagmore almost everyday for about 5 months. She loves it there! She can be timid and cautious at times, but not at Wagmore! She is so comfortable and happy and runs in the door each morning to greet the staff who truly seem to care about her. They bring out the best in her. They pay special attention to her food needs because she has allergies and is picky eater. I highly recommend this daycare. They are dog lovers and treat all dogs like family. read more

You can tell they really care about the dogs, and will always go the extra mile to ensure the safety and comfort of your dog, as well as keep you informed. It really can be difficult to trust your dog to a dog walker and/or daycare, but you can rest assured that Wagmore will treat your animals well. I stopped going here because the place smelled so bad. the dog always had to have a bath every time he got home he smelled so bad.

Called the front desk and asked if we could get a tour. I was told by the front desk they don't give any tours because that will upset the dogs. She could only show me using the record camera and I agreed. While I was trying to schedule sometime with her, she told me that they are extremely busy this entire week because of the labor day weekend. I mean, today is 8/21/17. She did not sound like she was interested to accept new customer at all. I told her that we need to make a decision sooner than later by visit the location and watch the recorded camera, and she told me to call back a week later to schedule sometime that she could tour me. And she said that she could show me around. What a joke. She clearly told me that the policy is - no tour is allowed. I guess there are exceptions. Unless she just did not want to tour me in the beginning of our conversation. Very interesting. The lady's attitude made me feel uncomfortable to send my dog there. She is lack of interest to the job. The owner of this place should read this comment because you might be loosing more customer due to the lack of training of your employee unless she is the owner, that's very scary to know. read more

My review is about the grooming services only; we haven't yet tried daycare or boarding. We used to go to Spot in Harbor Point and then they closed that location. We followed our groomer Stephanie, and she does a fantastic job. Our little guy gets nervous when we first drop him off and she will sweetly scoop him up and try and soothe him. We always ask for the puppy cut and our buddy comes home looking and smelling great. His cuts are always even and his hair is so shiny and clean. She also does a great job on his nails. I don't think we have ever waited longer than 2 hours before having to pick him up, either. It's a bit pricey at $80 but it's worth it for the great job that Stephanie does. We will continue coming back! read more

My puppy has been going for a few weeks and he appears to love it. His tail starts wagging one I park the car. The staff is friendly and greets him warmly. When I return, he's pretty tired and falls asleep in the car. I would recommend giving them a try! read more

We absolutely LOVE Wagmore. Our super high energy dog, Maddie, plays like a maniac while she's there and sleeps for like 24 hours straight after she gets home! It's magical! I've been coming here for over a year to get my dog groomed. The previous groomer they had was great, but I'm disappointed to say that I've had issues with the new groomer Stephanie. I brought my dog in this week for a grooming and ever since I picked her up she's been scratching and licking at 3 cuts/sores on her skin. There was a cut just above her ear, she has a mole on her leg that was cut and completely red and inflamed, and her private area is red and blotchy. This is completely unacceptable. I called the store location to file a complaint and received a phone call from the groomer directly. She did apologize, but said that she was unaware of any of this and I wasn't offered a refund or anything toward future visits. My trust has been broken and I no longer feel comfortable leaving my dog in this store's care. I won't be going back. read more

My dog lets me know when she is happy or sad to be somewhere. When we pull up to Wagmore, she goes wild with joy and jumps all over Jens and the rest of the staff. She loves the place and so do we, best daycare ever. read more

With Spot (which I adored) no longer boarding, I recently tried Wagmore for a 2-night stay. I was greeted by a non-smiling, unfriendly woman whose lack of enthusiasm made me legitimately nervous to leave my dog there. I was heading out of town for a funeral so had no choice. When I picked my dog up 2 days later, the lobby wreaked of urine so badly that I almost couldn't stand it. My dog, likewise, smelled like urine. I am leaving the country for a week in 2 days and have secured another boarding option for my dog as I do not trust this facility. read more

Fantastic staff, flexible and caring. I have had a great experience with my 2 rescue puppies at daycare, boarding, and puppy class in the last year. Everyone at Wagmore is very attentive to the individual dogs. When I adopted my year and a half old last February, she suffered from extreme anxiety and shyness. Thanks to their help, she is now flourishing - social with every dog she meets. Beth has gone above and beyond outside of work hours helping me work through some new issues with my 8 month old, offering to come to my home, and referencing me to a specialist. I can't thank them enough for their support, and my dogs have a blast every time they are there. read more

We have been using Wagmore for dog sitting, boarding and grooming services since the day they opened. I would unconditionally say that this is by far the most professional and best run organization of its kind we have ever dealt with. The people are just spectacular. From top to bottom. The proof is in the pudding as they say, and our dog absolutely loves going and adores the people there. This is not our first dog or experience with day care, boarding and grooming and we have lived in the DC area and the Boston area....but Wagmore is head and shoulders better than any other organization we have dealt with. read more

We use Wagmore for training, daycare, and boarding. The staff is kind, accommodating, and they have a true passion for their work. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities that are well-kept and spacious. Our puppy, Penny, LOVES it there and just hearing the word 'Wagmore', gets her jumping and running to the door in excitement. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that our dog is safe and happy when she is dropped off for a day or for a week! read more
