Was told skylights (2) might take a week or two to arrive. 10 days later got a call that they were in and said they could install next day if that worked for me. On job day, I was concerned when they discovered rotten plywood, thinking this is where the price skyrockets, but it went up only $225 to replace the sheet, which I thought very fair knowing it added a couple of hours to the job. They started at 8am and after extensive cleanup were gone by 3pm. Project Mgr stopped in several time during that day, and helped us connect the solar power shades and remotes to our home WIFI network. The crew were respectful all day. Overall extremely pleased with the solar powered shades/skylights and vendor. Would definitely recommend both to anyone in the future. If one regret. We deciding on light filtering shades and wish we had decided on room darkening instead. One last comment. A week after the job complete I went up to the roof for my annual gutter cleaning. I was shocked to find this gutter was completely cleaned out by the crew during the job! Who does that? And they didn't even tell me to try to score bonus points with me - they just did it because it needed to be cleaned and they had handy access to do so!
