Was wondering why this place was so empty from the outside, went inside and the clientele was abysmal. I've been here 3 times and the only reason I've been back is because the food is outstanding. The service, though, has consistently been terrible. The bar the first time I went had around 5 people in it and it still took the guy over 10 minutes to acknowledge us. I watched as our food was sitting in the window for 5 minutes before he noticed it was there. He then never checked back after food was delivered. He had a poor attitude the whole time and seemed to not want to be there (which, I get, nobody wants to be at work, but you then can't expect any kind of decent tip). The next two times I had similar experiences. If their wings weren't so good I'd never go back. Please get better employees! read more

Bartender is hilarious; great sense of humor. Excellent mixologist. Very knowledgable. Would stop in just for the service.

Been going to this place since I moved into Parma 1999 . Through the years its had its ups and downs but after this weekend have decided to no longer entertain the idea of tinking it will get any better . Since the ownership change up in March have stopped in there on 3 different occasions the first gave them credit for new ownership needing to weed out out and tweek service . The 2nd time it was no better had to wait 12 min to get a drink and had to get up and go into inside bar to purchase it myself my waitress was playing with her hair talking to other people at the inside bar paying absolutely no attention to her customers on the patio she dropped food off left and never came back again once again I was left without a drink and she didn't even inquire how the food was I then had to reenter the bar get boxes and get my own tab so that I can leave the place . We gave it one more shot this weekend sat at patio bar had to wait for drinks 5 min . Customers next to us had been waiting for a beer for over 10 minutes ask them why they bother they said that's what the services is like on a regular basis since new ownership . I once again found myself waiting for drinks for more than 7 minutes took food that I ordered boxed it and left . Highly doubt that we will ever return there unless maybe someone else takes over . Very poor service which is a shame because the food is still pretty good as they kept the night cook they had . Sorry but you've lost our business read more

Staff argues with people making everyone uncomfortable. Noise level too high. Beer in bad shape when poured, visibly dirty glassware doesn't help. Food all has a sulfuric quality. When people realize they're paying money for it I'm sure they won't go back. Also very dirty! read more

This used to be a regular spot for us and our friends for a number of years. Sadly, the manager has kept us from returning. We used to just laugh off the nasty mood and attitude she showed us and other customers (is she for real?!). The bartender girls are always changing as nobody can stand the abuse and crazy behavior for long. Oh, the stories we were told! And if you think that the customer is always right...think again. If your food or drink order is wrong, it will not be politely fixed. You will be yelled at that YOU are wrong and did indeed order that. And watch your bill. Many times we noticed over-charging and that too was fixed with an attitude. If she's not working, it's a great place to go. However, there are cameras in the place and she is always watching if she's not there. A bit nutty and really sad. Adios! read more

The Wagon Wheel is under new ownership/management as of March 2015. Same great food, along with great service. We always have a fun time everytime we come here. Tons of TVs, along with Keno, Wifi and friendly service, all in one place. Definitely one of the hot spots in Parma/Parma Heights. Great outdoor patio as well! And don't forget the basement bar if you're hosting a private party. read more

I would not recommend this place unless you want to get embarrassed and discriminated against. Last night me and 5 of my friends wanted to go out for wings after a business meeting we had and I raved about this place having the best wings. We get there and the manager Shelly was not very nice.She had an attitude when she came to the table and was not friendly at all. She right away told us that we had to have a two drink minimum in order to get the $.40 wings. I don't know about you but the last time I checked a Coke is considered a drink. Two of us in the group don't drink and one lives in Conneaut and did not want to drink and drive. I've been going there for six months and never had a problem.. She took our drink orders and as she walked away she made a comment that we should go someplace else and she never came back with our drinks. Who does that. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She seriously needs to read some books on Good Customer Service. The bar was not that crowded and I don't think she wanted to cook for us. LAZY if you ask me. She turned six people away for food and drinks and I think that was Discrimination and If I could I would fine her. So all of us decided we'll go down the road to Flyers and we had a really good time and the food was great. The Bar Maid greeted us right away and she was awesome . And guess what...she even served some of us Cokes. And of course the wings were excellent. and only $.50. I will never go back to Wagon Wheel and be treated like that. There are some of us that don't drink alcohol and just want a good meal. NO wonder why businesses fail. I hope you take this seriously and do not support this kind of service. I felt very embarrassed with my friends and I can't believe an owner would hire a manager like her. She is very rude and not a very nice person in my book. FLYERS GETS MY VOTE AND WILL BE SEEING A LOT MORE OF ME AND MY FRIENDS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE SOME GOOD BARS & GRILLES THAT WILL SERVE SOMEONE EVEN IF THEY DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRINK ALCOHOL TO GO OUT TO A BAR AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. read more
