We actually used to go to Pawfections down the road, but after a bad experience there--where I suspect the main groomer hurt Frankie during a nail trim--he became scared, aggressive, and refused to go inside. That behavior was so unlike him, and it broke my heart. Since switching to Paws Up, it's been a complete night and day difference. Frankie is calm, happy, and totally comfortable here. She also cleaned his teeth which she did an amazing job. Normally, I have to bring him to the vet and they have to Give him anesthesia to do his teeth and he's already a little older so I'm always a little worried about that so I was so happy when she said she can clean the teeth without having to give him anesthesia or anything and let me tell you the price is just amazing. When my dog Remmy dislocated her hip at the park, the team at Cole Animal Clinic took us in immediately. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Despite her feisty nature, the staff handled her with such gentleness and care. They quickly performed x-rays and successfully got her hip back in place. Jack had a very complex medical condition, with advanced heart disease, respiratory problems, and later serious kidney complications. Throughout his treatment, the doctors and staff were always attentive, compassionate, patient, and genuinely concerned about his well-being. They followed him closely, adjusted his medications, answered our many questions, and supported us through an extremely difficult and emotional journey. Caring for a dog with several serious conditions requires not only medical knowledge, but also sensitivity, patience, and humanity. We always felt that Jack was treated with love and respect, and that the team understood how deeply important he was to our family. Sadly, Jack recently passed away after his heart condition worsened. Although he did not pass at the Parkland clinic, we will always be grateful for everything they did for him over the years and for the care that helped us have more time with him. Jack was not simply our pet. He was a beloved member of our family, and losing him has brought us immeasurable pain. A girlfriend of mine suggested Kelly at Pet Pals of Delray. I called her explained what I needed she quoted an extremely reasonable price, she explained she would like a meet and greet so that my cat would meet her while I was home and that I was also able to show her everything involving my cat. We met, my cat walked right up to Kelly and I knew Kelly would be the right person for my cats care. I gave her a key and I paid half up front. Every day I was gone she would send pictures and video of my cat and update how her eating and disposition was, it totally eased my anxiousness of leaving my cat the longest time ever in her 4 years we have had her. I plan on using Pet Pals of Delray in the near future.
