I decided to hire a pet sitter, and I did some research before finding Monica and Purrfect Pet Sitting. I've never hired a pet sitter before, and it was a stretch for me to hand a stranger my keys and trust them with my fur babies, but I had no choice. After having Monica take care of them for just a few days, I knew I had made a good decision. Monica has cared for Wendigo and Banzuke as though she were family. She sent me texts every day with pictures to update me on their status. I was overjoyed when she told me that Wendigo actually "took" to her... Wendigo never even let my own family come near her, but Monica is a cat whisperer, because even in this stressful situation she let Monica pet her and she didn't hide from her. Monica also changed their litter when it needed it, and she followed my meticulous instructions for the diet and feeding for each of the cats. What amazed me most about her is that she has been so flexible and accommodating. I had to extend my trip and Monica has worked with me through all the changes. She even brought extra cooked chicken for Wendigo when mine ran out. As a new resident and a first time street-parker, I didn't realize you had to move your car so much in Saint Paul. Monica alerted me to signs that had been posted by parking enforcement, and bent over backwards to help me make sure my car was ok. When I returned home, I found that Monica didn't just take excellent care of my babies, she took care of my home. She washed dishes she used. She kept things in order. There wasn't any trash to be found. My kitties were happy and healthy! I feel so blessed and lucky to have found someone so professional and caring for my little cat family. It has been such a relief to have one - rather two! - less things to worry about. I feel so grateful to have had Monica there ensuring all is well at home. Thank you, Monica, for your huge heart and top-notch service!

Stumbled upon a business card with red rover pet care and I had to make the call. Rose was sweet and made me feel sure that she-ra would be in great hands. The initial meet up went well with Renee. Renee was awesome and I felt that she-ra would be in great hands. During the vacation days away from home, I would receive photos and messages from our pet sitter. Renee and Sam were amazing with the communication. If you are in the market for a reliable and friendly pet care. I would definitely reach out to Red Rover Pet Care. Thank you everyone. Happy 2023

I am honored to be the first person to rate this business. I can't recommend Jen and Red Rover…read moreDaycare highly enough. Jen takes the time to really get to know your dog before they stay with her, by asking lots of great questions and making sure they get acquainted with her space before their first stay. She checks to make sure each dog is up to date on vaccinations and getting to know their medical needs, so you can feel safe leaving your pet with her. My dog is a real handful! Very anxious, not great around other dogs, she's a senior, and the last time I brought her to Jen she had a list of new medical problems. Jen took everything in stride, including making sure she was eating her new prescription food, and sending me lots of picture updates. By the end of her visits, Chloedog is just as relaxed and content as if she just spent the weekend at our house. We love Jen!lfngmh

I wag goodbye to mom and I pee all over the floor just to let everybody know that I'm here to party! I collect my morning snuggles from whoever is in the front, then I move onto my amazing slide where I perch myself at the top and play Rapunzel all afternoon, sometimes I sleep in the bottom of the slide and I play troll. Sometimes I just look super cute so the humans have to send pictures to my mom to tell her just how good and cute I am. If I play too rough, the humans always know to give me a little time out and space. I get to do enrichment time, where I play puzzles, get treats, go up and down the teeter totter and have a super fun time learning! On Fridays, I see Dustin for my weekly spa appointment, so I smell delicious for the weekend. He cleans all my furs and clips my nails and makes me beautiful. Sometimes when my mom and dad go out of town, I get to have a sleepover at City Paws. They always email my mom to tell her how I'm doing, my mom even spies on me while I sleep in my room! Last time I spent the night I got a pupcicle AND a unicorn toy to show my family when I got home. Ten out of ten woofs.

I contacted a few people and Twin Cities Pets were the only ones that responded! I am so glad they did and here is why. First, cost for service. They stopped over prior to leaving to meet my pets and find out everything that I wanted to have done. They might do more in 15 minutes than I do in 3 hours with regards to my pets! The service is a great value. Great Service. They obviously love animals. It's nice to know that my guys are going to be with people who really care about their wellbeing. They offered to send me texts with updates, etc. When I came home, the cats looked well cared for and I think they left the litter boxes cleaner than when I left them! :) Just good people. These are the kind of people who have an instance trustworthiness about them. They are professional and friendly. Hands down - if you are looking for a pet sitter for whatever reason, you will likely be joining us on Yelp! singing praises about the quality of services you will receive. For some of us, our pets are our children. I like to know they are in good hands. I will be booking them again in the near future as well. So very happy with their services.

Wow! These guys are the best. My boyfriend and I were going to Duluth for a short weekend get away,…read morewhich is difficult for us to do with a special needs animal. Our senior cat has diabetes and needs to be fed and receive insulin injections on a pretty strict schedule (every 12 hours), and finding friends who were both available for the whole weekend and comfortable giving shots proved to be difficult. We found Twin Cities Pets through an online search and were ecstatic to see that they had prior experience with insulin injections and came to your home. A lot of other pet sitting or boarding services said that they will administer medication, but not injections, so this was lucky and we were so glad we didn't have to board him somewhere, which basically sound like cat jail. Marea came over and met with my boyfriend to pick up our spare key and learn about our cat's routine. We also have a bunny and a few tortoises, and she said she was happy to check on them as well. Marea sent us email updates letting us know everyone was doing A-OK, and we were able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind knowing that our pets were in great hands. The cost was comparable or maybe even cheaper than boarding, and I know that our cat was much happier staying in his own home and familiar environment. We will definitely be using Twin Cities Pets the next time we go out of town and I would highly recommend them to any other friends in the area. Excellent service, I wish I could give them even more stars!
