Unfortunately, Rosemary had a very bad attitude and made a completely unnecessary personal comment, telling my boyfriend that my dog was "as difficult as myself." She then added that I am "difficult" because I ask for the price every time I bring my dogs in for grooming. First of all, asking for the price before a service is completely reasonable, especially when the price can vary. There is absolutely no reason for a grooming professional to make a personal remark about a customer simply for asking a basic question. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue at the Brickell location, aside from one previous incident where another customer actually had to tell me that they were giving her my dog. That was already concerning, but I continued going because, overall, I had been happy with the service. This experience with Rosemary, however, was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, and comments like these are completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because long-time customers deserve better treatment.

My poor puppy (Chia) was going through a depression from moving homes and getting separated from his best friend, and to put more stress on him I was going to be gone for two weeks. Luckily I found Yoli's Dog house! Chia wasn't eating because of his depression and was very nervous and fidgety. Through out my whole trip I was updated every day on his progress. I was so grateful for that and to see him little by little turning back into a happy pup again! He was very pampered by Yoli, she would try different ways to make him eat and would ask my permission to add broths or pumpkin to his meals to get him out of his funk. I'm so happy to be back and see my little Chia running around being his playful self with everyone including other doggies again! As soon as we got home I added a little food in his bowl for him and he scarfed it all down in seconds, even with eating earlier! I'm so happy that I found Yoil's dog house and so is Chia.
