She even hand-made a cardboard box toy for one of my cats to play with, out of a cardboard box we had lying around. She also brought a cat toy from her home to our home, to see if my cat would like playing with it. Scheduling with her (and communication in general) is really easy. She has been very available for us - we've needed a lot of care lately and our travel schedule has been really unpredictable and hectic - and she was there for it all.
