Yes, it's open 24 Hr, but there's no one here to address issues like people coming in with loads (NO EXAGGERATION) of clothes to dry who didn't even wash their clothes here come in and make us wait! Then there's dryer that have completed the dry cycle and the owners are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! I'll counted 8 adults waiting around to use the dryers some of which came in just for the dryers. I' choose to use the washer & dry but have to wait around because NON WASHING CUSTOMERS ARE HOGGING THE DRYERS HOWS THAT! TO TOP IT OFF I EVEN TRIED GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE FROM THE BUSINESS, BY CALLING THE NIMBER BUT NO ANSWER. Please at least have someone available to address these issues. read more

It's been awhile since I have been here. Prices for laundry are much cheaper than in Aiea. From now on, I think coming here would be better for me and my boyfriend even though it's out of our way. The lady working here was nice and let us use their bathroom and a can of soda is $1.25. Not bad. Parking is small and kinda tight but we managed to come here when it wasn't crowded. The app is very easy to use. The only thing I didn't like was the increments in which you have to pick to load money into the app. I didn't see a "cash out" or "transfer to" option. Waimalu laundromat has been updated since I was there many many moons ago. These washer prices are ridiculous. Who pays $8.50 to wash clothes (22 minutes). If you want hot water, it's $1 more. Geesh The dryers at $.25 for 90 seconds. One and a half minutes. One lady said to get optimum usage dry on low but it takes 30 minutes to dry. OMG!!! That's Highway Robbery. Yes, I downloaded the washer App. Minimum load is $15 but that's not even enough to wash or dry clothes efficiently. There's no where to sit inside. There's minimal tables, so everyone's either standing waiting for a washer or standing waiting to get to the dryers that take forever. No, I won't be coming here again. read more

There are a lot of washers and dryers. Would be better if the app is working. Sometimes it goes down and you can't pay with card via the app, forcing you to have to get coins somewhere if you don't have any ready. You can attempt to reset the machine through the breaker or call the number. The price for dryers are currently a quarter per 2 minutes, but for some reason the washers are priced differently, even if they are the same model and same options chosen. All in all, place is pretty good. It's clean, there's an abundance of machines, and hours are convenient. read more

Love this place. 2nd time here. Hours changed now their 24hrs!!!! Big washing machine fits nearly 3-4 loads. I believe it fit 4 comforters comfortably. Dryers are strong and fairly cheap. It's cleans and cool in there. No carts so bring ur own. Still no sink so bring water just incase. There's a radio which is good. read more

Location is pretty clean. Variety of washing machines -- the newer machines are larger and accept payment through the app, the older machines are coins only. There is also a various dryer sizes. When I was there, there was no attendant visible on site. There is a machine to turn your bills into quarters. read more

2025 the year my washer broke and the replacement from costco didn't work. Hubby and I tried several different laundromats, but this was the winner for me because I don't like crowds. I could easily check the speed queen app to see if my favorite washers were available and how crowded the laundromat was. My favorite machines (machine 1&2) are the ones by the door because they are huge (but it costs at least $13 a load). I think I could load a 1 1/2 large ikea bags worth of clothes in there. There are smaller machines that cost less. The dryers are humongous. On the app you can check how much time remaining for your laundry. It can even send you a notification. so for a person that doesn't like a crowded laundromat where you worry about having a machine to wash or dry your clothes, this is the place to be. it is 24 hours. WARNINGS!! -No employees available to help. So any problems with machine getting stuck or coin machine not working then you out of luck. (our first time there a machine locked up on this guy and he couldn't get his clothes out) - No seating area at all! We sat in our car. -No sinks. No bathrooms. -Gets warm in the laundromat. Only one fan to cool things off -Bring dryer sheets and laundry detergent, they don't sell any here. -Bring your own entertainment and snacks to bide the time while your clothes are washing. -Bring lysol wipes to wipe down tables that you want to fold clothes on. -Go when you see there are a lot of open washers and dryers-and do all your laundry one time! -If not using the app, bring enough coins.(if you have the app, you can see how much each machine costs to use to get an idea of how much to bring) -I used my large ikea bags to transport the laundry because it made it easy to dump clothes in the washer and dryer. -hubby says expensive to do laundry because we did 4 big machine loads one trip. We started to gauge how many ikea bags we had to determine when to go to the laundromat. I thought it was cheaper to do full loads in the big machines. -NO CARTS -No place to nicely hang laundry on hangers -I like to go when all dryers are available because i noticed people may come here just to dry clothes and may use more than 1 dryer (especially on weekends) read more

Customer service agent provided number that was out of service. Called number and text number listed for hiring no answer or respond. Leave a number somewhere where people can see in case if there should be an emergency. The only number that is available or posted is for hiring for help and that's all! I had used this number for help and they read my text messages but no reply or response. Texted many many times asking for help and what should be done but nothing. They read all my texts messages that I sent but no response. It was very disappointing. The laundromat was extremely clean and kinda expensive. For the smaller machines it's about $6 and the larger machines are around $10 but there was no line of having to wait to use a washer or dryer. There is no one at the laundromat at all. You just have to guess what to do. If you wet the floor because you need to move your soggy clothes from one machine to another. Oh well! There's nothing you can do! Just pray I guess that no one gets hurt and slip. No refund, No explanation, No apology, No nothing. Such a disappointment!!! read more

My first time using a laundry mat and this couldn't have went any better. The big load washers are about $14 which is a little expensive however they are very very big. I was able to fit two comforters and my clothes and my clothes still got washed. Everything still smell really good and you can also use the app to pay for it instead of using cash or coins. The app will connect to the washer and the dryer for that much and you just add money to the app and I'll take it from the app and let you know how much time is left on your washing machine and dryer. They also have different cycles if you want like a deep wash or delicate wash or anything else like that.. as for the dryers I used the very big one that you can see the picture I put my two loads from the washing machines in there and it dried it. I think I paid about $4.50 for 30 minutes. However it did take about 45 minutes to dry as I put two loads from the washer, in the big dryer. read more

TIPS : Washers, OWNER please have them maintained as there were a few of them with stuck on scent beads and/or pod in the drum. No sink, bring a water bottle & paper towels to clean up any spills. Metal tables, WIPE IT DOWN with disinfectant wipes. I used about 6-7 as it was filthy. Bring a chair, nowhere to sit. $3 drinks from the vending machine. No public bathroom. read more

Was sad when this placed closed a year or two ago, thought it was for good. But drove by and noticed they had a Grand Opening sign, and was excited to see they've reopened. First time here today, and WOW they really did upgrade themselves. I mean they were good before and the workers were friendly and nice. Cool, how you can download the app and pay through there, no more having to lug cash/quarters, although the new machine will take quarters still. The place is clean and machines are new! I do miss the machine they had where after your clothes are done washing you can squeeze out the water before loading them in the dryer. All machines are big and can hold bigger loads.
