No one ever called back This is most unprofessional and its just another scam, not as bad as some but being attached to a medical practice gives it more legitimacy. I'd stay away from these people. The facility was nice and clean. The security/greeter was pleasant and helpful upon entering, confirming that the vaccine clinic was located on second floor. The staff at the clinic were very positive, upbeat, helpful, and efficient. I was taken care of in quick time and with a pleasant attitude displayed by all there. For the after-vaccination holding room/area, it was notably a very small cramped room but the 3-4 of us there made the best and spaced out as best possible. Instead of checking me in and fixing my issue on the spot, she tells me I have to get another ticket and wait in line again. An hour later, I finally get my X-ray. She looked at my right ear only said I did not have an ear infection. And, to start taking Sudafed. She never looked at my left ear. Never felt my throat. Did not listen to my lungs. Then told me she suffers from ear ringing herself on the daily. I will be going to another place for my urgent care needs.
