Just moved here. So, I was in between doctors. I had a teladoc apt with my doc in Arizona. My doc in Arizona gave me antibiotics and steroids , but said if my ear was still ringing in 48 hours to go to urgent care. I was diagnosed from my doctors in AZ with an upper respiratory infection. I went here. I made an appointment. Waited an hour to be seen. Next it was a PA who came in. She looked at my right ear only said I did not have an ear infection. And, to start taking Sudafed. She never looked at my left ear. Never felt my throat. Did not listen to my lungs. Then told me she suffers from ear ringing herself on the daily. I will be going to another place for my urgent care needs. read more

My son went to this location looking to get a covid test for school. They gave him some bogus rapid test that was useless and charged our insurance and my son. Had to go to another location to get a PCR test and had it done for free. They know these tests are useless for returning to most schools. Should have looked at the reviews before I sent him there. Had appointment this morning, scheduled on line and door sign was 8-4 on Sundays. I waited with another person for 30 min. Traffic happens so we hoped was just the traffic. The other person was in a really bad shape and said he will go to emergency room. Think really hard before you cast your vote. read more

My college kid was sick so we decided to visit as it's close to campus and had no wait time. Worst decision ever made. We waited for over an hour with no one in lobby. After they took him to back, he stayed an additional 2 hours. Never did they allow him to make an informed decision or tell him what's going on. After the visit, there was no discharge papers given or any thing!! We have now been waiting for over 1 week for information to no avail. Spoke with the helpline and they couldn't even get them to answer the phone! This has been the worst experience a parent could have for their child. Not knowing anything and the medical facility/personnel who took an oath to do no harm..is doing just that! read more

not happy at all! I got injured at work so I have to come to this clinic to be seen once a week. two out of my 4 visits have been switched to virtual visits AFTER I drove all the way here. I was never contacted to ask if I was ok with doing a virtual visit, then had to refill out ALL MY PAPERWORK. The visits" were pushed back in time, so I had to wait even longer in the waiting room. this just not inspire confidence. read more

Made an appointment here because it seemed to have good reviews. Made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait forever as a walk in. My appointment time was 920am. It was not busy at all and only three people in the lobby. I arrived on time and my paperwork was done ahead of time as they said would help. Still waited over half hour to been seen. Seems like it is just the same to be a walk in. As the walk ins were seen ahead of me. The response I was given was it all depends on what's happening. This there was no one here when I arrived but yet those without an appointment were taken ahead of my appointment time. read more

It is impossible to get in touch with them. They never answer the phone, and I've been pending lab results for one week. I've called over 30 times in the past week to no avail. They never followed up with my visit, and they left me untreated after my visit. read more

I came here after work because it was the closest urgent care in proximity to my job. I have lupus and vasculitis so crazy things happen to my body on a daily basis. Today my upper lip decided to swell tremendously. When I entered, the staff immediately came to my aid and rushed me back to a room thinking they may have to call 911. I ended up getting a steroid injection and meds called into to a local pharmacy. No hospital! These ladies were incredibly attentive, compassionate professional and caring. What a wonderful experience despite the circumstance!!! Thank you so much to the amazing staff - we need more people like you in this world! read more

Do not go to this practice. I've had a sore throat for a week, went in Monday was put on antibiotic that isn't working. The physician told me to call back today and we could switch to another antibiotic. I made the call and she would not switch antibiotics, instead she wanted me to come back in and spend another $120 to be seen again. All I need is another antibiotic called in to my pharmacy because I can't swallow. this place is TRASH. read more

Please go some place else. My daughter went to get tested for covid. She told me the guy who helped her did not wash his hands when he came in. Just used some hand sanitizer and did her test. First off, the room had soap and water. Second how do you do testing without gloves??? Iv never been to an office that didnt wash there hands, put on gloves, and then take the gloves off and wash their hands again before leaving the room. How do we know if her test isn't contaminated. He did none of that! How would we know if he had something on his hands that the sanitizer didnt kill. This is very unsafe and unacceptable practice especially during a pandemic. I will be following up with corporate. And checking the CDC guidelines for patient care when testing. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. When you walk in, there is a stench of old and stale air. Then, you set an appointment online to still wait almost an hour to be seen. The doctor did not help me at all. I still have no answers as to what kind of cold/virus I am experiencing. They have to be massively overbooking COVID testing appointments. Everyone had to wait two hours past their scheduled appointment time. 15 people waiting in a small room with only 6 chairs, to get tested for COVID! If they didn't already have it when they went to get the tested they probably did by the time they left. Masks can only help so much, that place was a cesspool. -7/10 Unsurprisingly staff not too pleasant. You will be putting yourself right in harms way going here. read more

My wife had a dog bite and we went there and we're cared for immediately. I found the staff to be very competent and accommodating. I felt that the caregiving my wife was excellent and the patients that they exhibited was unparalleled. I especially appreciate their caring attitude and concern. read more

The worse urgent care center! This center is overpriced $205 for the office visit and then over $100 per ear to clean ears. On the invoice it is broken down like you are paying for the services rendered by the practitioner but really the assistant does all of the work. My daughter felt worse after leaving the clinic than she did before she came. Zero stars was not an option so I selected 1. By all means avoid the urgent care I called a few after I returned home and they said I was definitely overcharged for the service. read more

Great experience here at NextCare. The front desk lady, Lorrie, I believe her name was, was just a fantastic New York lady who made the experience much easier (for reference, I hate hospitals and doctors). The Doctor who helped me was very kind and informative. They asked me if I wanted to do any other tests to make me feel better and they didn't seem annoyed like you'd find at most other places. The wait was a little long but come on... we're in the midst of a pandemic right now and that's to be expected. Thank you all for helping me out and being rock stars. read more

This urgent care never filed my claim... I checked up again on my insurance (day 44 from the time of going into the NextCare) no claim posted. Called NextCare billing and they never filed the claim!! Was told I'll have to wait ANOTHER 30 days before I receive my EOB, (74 days potential wait for EOB) Mind you, by the time they finally sent the claim, it was my FOURTH time calling in to see what was going on. Someone, somewhere is not keeping track of things. Very upset, as I'm owed a refund. read more

I came in 10 mins early to fill out paperwork as I am a new patient it is 10:30 and I am still waiting to be seen. What is the point of booking an appt online if you are not going to adhere to it??? I was taken care very quickly and my nurse was not only very pleasant but fun to be around. She took very good care of me. Not once did I have to ask for anything, even with covid-like symptoms. Doctor was very knowledgeable with what was going on with me, they got me in and out in no time. Only downside is they sent my prescription to the wrong location which doesn't exhaust but how are they supposed to know. They're about 45 minutes away. read more

But then ups workers kept filing in one after another going in before us. 2 hours later we finally get back. My daughter came in with a sore wrist. After waiting 50 min (despite checking in online and arriving at the appointed time) we saw the PA only to be told the x-ray machine was down. OK, maybe the receptionist wasn't free to tell us about the unavailable machine. We got our x-ray the same day and were told someone would call us with the results. After 2 follow-up calls 24 hrs later, I was told BY THE RECEPTIONIST, "Her results are normal." What the?? I didn't even bother asking to talk to a professional. I dont recommend this urgent care, i went to get checked out due to swollen tonsils, fever, muscle and body aches. The test showed up negative from strep. I'm still waiting on the result for the throat culture. Nobody has reach out to me. I had and appointment and i wasn't checked in until and hour later. They gave me antibiotics but now i feel worse my other tonsil is getting swollen and it hurts to swallow. read more

ZERO STARS!!! I walked in and explained I had covid symptoms and the lady immediately pushed her chair back, even though we were both masked and a glass was between us. It was abrupt but I was ok with that, so I continued to explain that I had been tested and the results were negative, but I was told by doctor call to go to Urgent Care or ER to be retested for Flu. I feel she reacted as if I had the Plague. She said "we don't do walk ins". I was under the impression that was the purpose of urgent Care, to walk in. She finally said she could put me on a list but 30 or 40 people were in front of me and they could call me but it could be days. I doubted I would get a call and I just left. Thanks so much Nextcare for the outstanding lack of human kindness. I wish I could do more than just a negative review in situations where people are just plain mean, but God is good never the less. Here for Workers Comp. I was met with terrible customer service. The receptionist gave me attitude when checking in and out. I said hello and she rolled her eyes at me. Unprofessional. My 5 min wait turned into over an hour without any critical cases to triage. Having worked in the medical industry, I feel that this facitily really is lacking in patient care. Discharges took almost as long. Two hours total for a recheck on a laceration. Heaven forbid if I was actually ill. At least the doctor was actually nice this time for the whole 30 seconds that they talked to me. Disappointed. read more

I should've known this place was terrible when a mother walked out from the back with her kid. Apparently he cut himself and she decided it was easier to just clean it themselves at home and left! I'm not 100% sure on the definition of urgent care, but I was under the impression that it was supposed to be like an ER but faster. I believe if you are taking appointments you should probably be considered a primary care. I came into the urgent care and was told it was an hour wait, so I waited. I waited two hours. Finally I went to the desk out of frustration that I was continually being skipped, and the lady tells me oh you still have five appointments ahead of you. When was I going to be fit in? Why wasn't I told they were booked for the entire day instead of having me sit and wait for an appointment that wasn't going to be available? Now I'm late to work and I still have the problem I originally came in with. I couldn't be any more upset. read more
