I am looking for help in finding the correct type of attorney in order to get legal advice, even at…read moremy expense of course, when reading through the reviews I was so impressed with this law firm however I'm sure that they will not be able to help me out as I have a very very odd case where my insurance paid out or is paying out a claim under my policy when I was only a witness. The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness. I only wish I could have an attorney call me even from a car, and if a Boeing 747 flu by I would wave at it. I would have been happy to even get help from an attorney to give legal advice and with all of their advertising, the video I watched, this is so far a great attorneys office, I only wished I could utilize them. Most attorneys won't take on cases these days. Ray was lucky to have found a great attorneys office.

I used this firm to help with a protection order over the last few years. Initially, the…read morerepresentative was beneficial in explaining the process and making sure I felt as comfortable as possible. However, I soon learned it was because I did all the initial leg work (filling out the petition, submitting evidence, etc.). Throughout the process, the representative was increasingly hard to get ahold of. They did not answer questions or concerns promptly, nor did they file paperwork correctly with the court making my case look ridiculous to the judge and did not give the opposing party notice of the proceedings. Thankfully, the judge was willing to reschedule for a few weeks later which allowed my lawyer to follow the correct process. My attorney waited until the last minute before the rescheduled hearing to prepare me with the opposing council's response and proceeded to make comments under their breath during the proceedings. During the hearing, I once again found out that a significant portion of my documentation was either left out of the submitted court file or submitted incorrectly which allowed the opposing council to have part of it thrown out. While the ruling did go in my favor, the whole experience was awkward, anxiety-producing, and extremely unprofessional. Because of the inadequate filing by my legal representation, I had to miss a significant amount of work and pay for twice the amount of estimated legal time because of the delayed/rescheduled hearing time/dates. I guess its true that you get what you pay for - word to the wise, think twice about hiring budget-friendly representation.
