My daughter spit out the first two doses of medication so I called back for a 2 day refill and one of the staff members who answered the phone was extremely rude to me - making assumptions and snapping back. She used a very sassy tone of voice and said its not her fault the pharmacy didn't get the prescription filled even though pharmacy said they were trying to reach them for questions and could not fill it. She reluctantly called the pharmacy even though it "wasn't her job" in an extremely rude tone and called back saying it was the pharmacy's fault and theyre stupid and its always their fault. Absolutely baffled at the tone she spoke to me the snapping back at me. All I was asking for was an update on the refilled prescription for my daughter since pharmacy claimed they did not have it. She was practically arguing with me. Terrible service will not go back.

They've cancelled…read moremy appointments, forgotten about me in the lobby, and made me wait over 30 minutes past scheduled times--more than once. Today was the last straw. I was five minutes past their "grace period" after having to reschedule because they cancelled my previous appointment, and the provider refused to see me. The lack of consideration is unbelievable. It's clear they don't value their patients' time or wellbeing. They also charge for multiple visits if you mention an additional concern--like a sleep issue--during a physical. It feels like they care more about billing than about care. I would strongly recommend finding a different practice that respects your time and treats you like a person, not a payment.

Even more concerning was the behavior of the nurse. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to answer any of my mother's questions. Shockingly, she even asked my mother, "Why did you come here?" as if my mother didn't already have a confirmed appointment with a clear reason for her visit. This level of disrespect, laziness, and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and care should be the standard. It's deeply upsetting how incompetent and inconsiderate some healthcare providers have become.
