We had a Doritos walking taco special, and a side Caesar. Both were pretty good. My husband had the pineapple mojito and i enjoyed a walk the plank. Fun pool area with nice amenities. 2 clean bathrooms on each side. There was a stand with temporary tattoos and hair beading and braiding. So cute for kids and adults! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Bartenders are friendly, food is good, Mudslides are outstanding. Bar with stools, and low top tables near pool. We have been here many times, and eaten here too. Only complaint is that they need to drain the fried foods a little more, other than that the fish and chips are great. read more

Wings are my favorite. The Buffalo is hot but yummy. The specialty drink options are great and semi affordable for a resort. Love the tvs and outside bar feel. Bartenders are super nice but a bit over worked because they work the bar and food delivery. So expect to wait a bit but great if you didn't bring food to the Fountains. read more

Menu changed recently. Just one burger available (for $19), no onion rings or sweet potato fries, and of course, the prices went up! Very disappointed. Of course, selling alcohol is their priority, so they can remove the real food from the menu. Unfortunately, I do not drink alcohol. So, I am out of luck for such places. read more

We were visiting for the week, and went to the pool bar for lunch. It was around 11:15, and we were told that we could order drinks, but the kitchen doesn't open until 12:00. Ooooook. We each chose what we were going to order at 12:00 and went back to the pool. At 12:00, we are told that they can't make three quarters of the items on the menu, no further explanation. The next day, we find out from the front desk that the air conditioner was broken in the kitchen, and they couldn't turn on the grill because it would be too hot. Staff is kind but in short supply so you order food and drinks at the bar and pick it up in 15-20 minutes. It was helpful that they had water available to dispense yourself. It was my first time here and honestly I loved it. My family consisting of my husband, four-year-old, and my four month old, and I were on vacation for the first time altogether. When the best thing to eat are the fries your in trouble. Ordered the sampler, soggy wings and sweet potatoe fries. Fried cheese sticks and bruschetta were par at best. This is the Bar/Grill at the center of the Bluegreen Fountains Orlando Resort. The coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce is amazing. The sapphire burger (blue cheese and bacon) was amazing and juicy delicious. The fries and all food is served hot. My drinks have all been refreshingly cold. The staff are attentive and helpful. The price is a little costly, but ey - it's a resort and if you are here you are on vacation! (Timeshare, Timeshare Promo, visiting with someone who has a Bluegreen Vacation Timeshare). The food here is actually quite delicious. The drinks are tasty. Overall, the price is a little expensive, but no more than expected at any other comparable vacation getaway spot. Definitely way here at least once. The food is actually delicious. I don't feel it is poolside bar food... It's more than that. The drinks... I suggest ordering the daily specials or during happy hours which is every day from 3pm-6Pm. The location is convenient at the W.S. Pool at the resort. Adult beverages were tasty. I personally loved the Frozen Alligator and my wife had a few Rum Runners. I suggest getting the refillable Tumbler as refills are only a few dollars more than a normal drink but twice the size. We stopped by Wakoola because it was convenient after spending the morning at the pool. I did not have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the food. I ordered the grouper sandwich, which had a Philly cheesesteak flair. The bread was soft, everything was hot and delicious and it was presented well. My table also ordered a Cuban sandwich that was good. The thing that most impressed me was two members of my party were splitting a burger and were on Whole 30 at the time, a very restrictive, Paleo-style diet. They outlined what they needed and the waitress brought out a perfect meal with all of their requests, cut in half, and presented nicely. Way to go above and beyond. read more

Very nice and friendly bartender, great views of the large pool and very clean all the way around. I only ordered the chips and salsa and the salsa was like Pace Picante, which I don't like personally. Since I didn't eat any of the chips and salsa, the nice bartender comforted me a drink. So today was Hallowen. We didn't know what to expect with the bar n grill but I was rather unimpressed. They are wasting money on take out packages and don't serve "dine in" food. Would not recommend, go elsewhere. Was staying at the resort so decided to stop by for lunch and some drinks. The bar only had another couple sitting down and 2 or 3 tables filled, so quite empty. Took a bit for one of the bartenders to even approach us and he was quite a grump as he did...no smile, greeting, etc. We say we're gonna do some burgers and beers. The menus do not have any prices on the beers but I'm assuming they're overpriced as everything on the food menu was. We ordered 2 beers and 2 burgers...which the burgers can not even be cooked to order, only medium well. As the bartender pours our beers, the tap is just spitting out foam for days, as he just sits there letting it overflow into the drain. (As a bartender...and someone with common sense, I know this could be a bad sign) Hands us our beers and of course, they're disgusting. We walk to a table and sit down and we realize both beers are warm and do not taste right. With the unnecessary wait, unfriendly service, no option for burger temp, and shitty beer...we walked up back to the bar to return our beers and say thanks anyway but we're outa here. It's a poolside bar and grill at The Fountains Resort. Very convenient and the food is good. It's a little pricy, but it's the price you pay for the convenience. We will eat there again.
