While attending the Model Schools Conference, five coworkers and I decided to have dinner at Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. After about a 30-minute wait, we were seated overlooking the lake. The open-air setting is one of the restaurant's biggest strengths. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views that make the wait worthwhile. Our waitress, Maribel, was friendly, kind, and attentive throughout the evening. She offered helpful recommendations, and I'm glad I followed one of them. I ordered the Three Bridges Signature Pressed Burger with bacon, white cheddar, caramelized onions, roasted garlic aïoli, arugula, and smoked paprika fries. The burger was smaller than I expected, especially considering the Disney price point, but it was flavorful and well prepared. The combination of toppings worked well together, and Maribel's recommendation proved to be a good one. The only disappointment was the fries. While they had good flavor, they arrived only lukewarm instead of hot and crispy, which kept the meal from reaching the next level. Overall, Three Bridges delivers where it matters most: a beautiful lakeside atmosphere, friendly service, and quality food. The burger was enjoyable despite its size, and I'd order it again. If the fries had come out fresh and piping hot, this easily could have been a five-star experience. Food was good and very moderately priced, especially compared to the price gouging at the lunch food court. Tofu poke bowl was very good (tofu was cooked excellently) and the tuna poke bowl was enjoyed, also. Mahi with shrimp was great. Maribel was awesome, the kids loved her. I came here while staying at Coronado Springs. Heads up you do not need a reservation they take walk ups, you do however need a resort reservation. They open at 4:30 and are open until midnight. The service was attentive, i got great recommendations. They have a sangria flight that I personally did not try but it looked amazing. I got the steak and fries and it was so flavorful. My husband got the burger and I got a bite from it. I can say it's juicy and very flavorful. We ordered the trio dips as an appetizer and all 3 dips were great. We got two deserts the churros to go and the flan we ate at the table. Both were very very good. We took the patacon to go and it was also very good. It's shredded chicken tinga over tostones. If we could have ordered more food we would have, the food here is so good. We already want to go back. This restaurant sits over water and provides great views and a good breeze. They were pretty busy, although I didn't wait long for a table. They seemed pretty understaffed for the crowd. I had to wait some time before someone came by and got me water. I decided to just get the queso and see how I felt. It was a while before the queso got to me and it was cold. It's on a skillet so I would have expected it to be warm. Flavor was good but wish it was warm. Seeing how busy they were I didn't say anything. It was a while before the waiter came around again. So I just asked for the check. This restaurant is a hidden gem! I've lived in central Florida for most of my life but only heard about this place when a friend visited. The location is great- by the water and open so you can feel the breeze. Such a picturesque scene at night. The food was also fabulous. I tried their appetizer with the chips and 3 dips which were very good. Then the Steak Frites was such a star. Loved that dish the most. Then topped things off with yummy churros. One of my favorite things to do when I can't make a decision on the menu is to do servers choice, let them order for me and make it a surprise. I have always have a great experience and this server did not disappoint! Steak frites were delicious and while I am not normally a fan of chimichurri sauce this one was the best I have ever had! It was the perfect balance of flavors. The palate was generous or at least for me it was I felt bad not being able to finish it all. A nice restaurant in the middle of the lake at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I was here for a conference, and arrived relatively late in the evening and felt too tired to leave the resort to eat. The restaurant is centered on the property and is outdoors. I sat at the bar as it was readily available, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I ordered a non-alcoholic tropical drink reminiscent of a piña colada. I also ordered chips and salsa, along with steak frites. The drink was delicious. The food was okay. The steak was small in portion, and the fries were very salty. Pricewise, it was on the higher side, but, dining at a resort, this did not surprise me. Great food & great ambiance at a decent price. My fiancé and I were staying at Coronado for our anniversary and decided to check this place out. I was surprised they only had outside seating but the weather was not too bad so we didn't mind. We were pleasantly surprised on the food offerings and pricing as well. We both got the same thing by (steak frites) and loved it! The guac nachos app was pretty good too. Unfortunately the waitress was very aloof and somewhat ruined the whole experience for us. She did not check in on us much throughout the duration of our meal and our food took much longer than others around us (there were tables with families of 4+ in and out in less time than ours and we had humble orders I would think). Our whole experience lasted 2 hrs and we ordered our app and meals as soon as she first checked in with us hoping it would be somewhat in and out. Recommend going at night because it was stunning. The service was prompt, friendly and offered great suggestions at the start of service. They suggested the sangria tower which was a hit among the group. I got Ube Serenade cocktail which was good, but it didn't taste like Ube. I would skip that and go for the sangria tower next time. It was super cold to be at this restaurant at night especially when the weather hit 39F. Windy and the space propane heater wasn't enough to keep me warm, I had to order something quick since the seat I had was blocked by framing pools that hold the canopy up. Wish they had a cover to block the wind. I just had the churros and a skirt steak. I can't say it was amazing but it was enough to stomach my hunger. Will come another time but make sure to make reservation before coming. That took 1/2 hr to wait. read more

This place was amazing! The environment the resort area bomb! We stayed at another resort but went over here for dinner and it was the best girls dinner - they even gave us sample of champagne to celebrate- all the food looked sooo good! I had the steak but next time I'm getting the mahi mahi bc my friend got it and it was soo good and fresh!! The service was outstanding- everyone was so nice and courteous. The restrooms there are clean and roomy. The seats were comfy they had cushion seats. I'm not a sangria person and both were amazing!! We got pitchers of both kinds the red and white. However, the restaurant was very busy and it took some time to get our drinks and food. The server we had was great, but some of the staff seemed all over the place (dropping dishes, etc.). For starters we shared the trio of dips, the roasted corn dip was my favorite. My husband and I shared the burger. The aioli was absolutely delicious. We did the Sangria University on a Saturday at 1:30pm and had an absolute blast!! It was convenient for us as we were staying at Coronado Springs Resort, so it was just a short walk from our room in the Ranchos section. Our host, Gray, was the real winner of the event. He made this experience so memorable and honestly my favorite moment of our vacation. Thank you so much!! You get a full sangria flight, chips & guac, and a full create your own sangria! It is a great value at $55/person and a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. Be mindful on the choices you make when it comes to make your own sangria at the end, as if you stray from their free options you have to pay the difference at the end. My husband and I ended up splurging and added more shots into our sangria, which was worth it to us!! I don't think we will do this again in the near future as it's a kind of one and done event for us, but if you haven't done this yet - I highly recommend it!!! read more

This is a very conveniently located in the middle of the lake at Coronado Springs Resort. Nothing fancy with the food nothing fancy with the drinks. It is kind of cold because you're out over the pond in the middle of the resort. The great thing about the place where the people working there. Really delicious food, but outdoor only seating. You can order on the app to go so that way you don't have to worry about the weather. They do have heat lamps when it's cold. It was in the 60s when we came. We all still had to wear jackets, but it wasn't terrible. I got the Villa del Lago Wedge Salad with plancha-seared shrimp. The shrimp is 100% the way to go. Even my three year old loved the shrimp (and luckily it's on the kids menu as well). This salad was amazing. The dressing was so, so good. I would 100% order it again. My husband got the steak frites. It was also very good. The kids Queso dip with tortilla chips are a steal at $3.25. It comes without chorizo, which is good for me since I don't eat pork. The adult appetizer is $14 (with chorizo), but honestly the kids was more than enough. My kids got a chicken quesadilla and shrimp. You get a choice of two sides so one had mac and cheese and the churro sundae and the other had fries and the churro sundae. Both ate a good amount of their meals (although one didn't touch the mac and cheese so maybe switch that out for something else next time.) The churro sundae was really cute with churro mickey ears, but my children are monsters and barely touched the sweets. I saw a lot of people getting the sangria flight, but I wasn't drinking so I skipped. However, it looks like a great choice so I have to point it out. Service was pretty slow, but it was a nice night to eat outside, so I didn't mind. They don't take reservations or walk ups. It was only a 10 minute wait on a Friday night. Such a wonderful place to end the night after walking around in the park all day. Went here last night with my fiance, one hour closer to closing. First, we were able to get a table for two by the water with a great view of the Hotel Tower. We arrived just after 6 and the crowd filled the place about 7pm. The hostess was kind and accommodating and the waiter, Manny, was attentive and friendly. We hadn't eaten since breakfast, so we ordered the 3 dip appetizer, a fun flight of sangria, the Signature Burgers, and the Coconut Flan for dessert. Everything was flavorful and the service was pretty quick. Out of the dips, the guac was the freshest and best. The queso was not great and the street corn dip was a nice twist. I did find if you put a little of all three on your chip, it was a much better flavor profile. The burger was good and bacon, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli will make anyone's tastebuds jump, so this was no exception. I've had better brioche buns, but all in all, no complaints here. The dessert was a treat. It reads as a tres leches vanilla cake, but that was definitely flan. It was a beautiful presentation and the passion fruit/mango was delicious and the little cocoa crumbs were a perfectly crunchy delight. We knew we were going to eat here as soon as we dropped our bags off at our room. We flew in a little later and Three Bridges was our best and most convenient option (we were staying in Casitas 5, so less than a 2 minute walk). Waitlist was easy to get on in the app. They predicted 15 minutes but we got the 'go to the host stand' message within 5 minutes. They also called to let us know too. The restaurant is outside only (from what I saw) but it was a nice night out so we didn't mind it. Still pretty busy for 9:30 PM. We ordered an Ube Serenade and a Spanish Margarita to drink, the Patacon to share, the Chicken Mole, and the Plancha-seared Mahi Mahi and Shrimp. Drinks took about 10 minutes, food a little longer. The Ube Serenade was ok. Didn't really taste an ube, more the pineapple juice and Sprite. The Patacon was pretty good. The tostones were crispy and had a good amount of chicken tinga and cilantro crema. The chicken mole was solid. Great flavor, and oved the crispiness of the yuca fries. The mahi mahi and shrimp dish was ok. The curry sauce was decent but the rice was borderline inedible is was so undercooked. The mahi mahi was meaty (fishy?) though. Service was decent. I wasn't sure if it was due to how busy it was but it was hard to get our server's attention at some points. Still a very good restaurant with some solid options. It was hard to choose but I would definitely come back for the Patacon and maybe to try the burger and the queso dip. read more

Nice Mexican restaurant/bar at the Coronado Springs Hotel. The restaurant sits in the middle of the lake at the resort connected by - you got it-3 bridges. The food here is usual Disney high quality. We were immediately greeted and quickly seated as the restaurant was not overly busy. The atmosphere is simple outdoor patio style. They also have heaters for those cooler days. We had chips & guacamole followed by our entrees of Pork Carnitas Tacos and Steak Frites. The tacos are served with toppings on the side so can choose your own flavors. The steak comes with a side of tasty chimichurri sauce. Both entrees were great. The corn dip was flavorful but a bit salty for my taste.The corn chips were crisp and light. The ceviche with sweet potato and roasted seed was unlike any ceviche I have eaten. The dish was light and flavorful with a bit of a kick. I consumed my leftover chips with the ceviche, the juxtaposition of the textures enchanting. For dessert, I went for the Coconut Flan adorned with passion fruit, mango, and hibiscus flavors. It was prepared to perfection with just the right amount of sweetness. My waiter, Nick, was the consummate professional. He knew the menu well and happily recommended options. I was at Disney Coronado Springs Resort for a work summit and decided to walk to Three Bridges for dinner. The ambiance was 10/10 you're on the water and it's candlelit and very beautiful. The food was great also! I love chips and queso and the chorizo was a nice touch. Now let's talk about the chicken and mole with sweet corn tamale... delish! The mole was so delicious I asked for another side. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the tamale was nice and moist. My server was great but the service was very slow. The problem is that they were not staffed well. I can't fault the server at all, she was very attentive when she finally got to me but that was the reason why I took one star away. Absolutely recommend Three Bridges at Coronado Springs! I recently stayed at the resort on my last visit to Disney and we went back to the restaurant 3 times throughout our trip! We first had a sit down dinner which was delicious. Had to wait about half an hour during prime dinner time which we didn't mind as we walked around the resort until they texted us our table was ready. I really enjoyed the poke with marinated tuna and especially loved the coconut rice it came with. We loved the sangria flight that we returned the next day just to sit at the bar and have our favorite sparkling sangria again! Tanner at the bar was the best, so kind and even remembered us the next night when we went back again for another drink and ordered the poke (again) to go.
