I ended up having to set my other items down several times to step outside to get service. Not good customer service. I intended to be in and out in 5 minutes. But ended up having to stay way longer to get the messages thru and get my stuff. Next time I'll stick to Fort Worth location. No one is trying to steal your internet guys. All the shelving and displays were still in the store giving off a "going out of business" vibe. I asked if they were moving. The employee on duty said they were transitioning to services and away from retail. I haven't signed up for any training there so I cannot rate them for that. Since I went to Pets West to purchase supplies, treats, toys, and chews, I can say it was a huge disappointment. I attended training classes in the past and may again, but I'm skeptical given the recent reviews about boarding and daycare. On the plus side, the two employees were friendly.
