I go to the Fort Worth (camp Bowie location) every week. It's always smooth sailing. Today I went to the Weatherford location and it was a mess. I was consulting with my vet on some livestock feed and bc they have a metal building I lost service. I asked if they could please provide me with the WiFi so I could decide which food was best and the lady responded that WiFi isn't for customers and that I could use the phone at the store to call him. My vet is a busy man and I didn't want to disturb him with a call and wanted to make it an easy text especially since it is Sunday. I ended up having to set my other items down several times to step outside to get service. Not good customer service. I intended to be in and out in 5 minutes. But ended up having to stay way longer to get the messages thru and get my stuff. Next time I'll stick to Fort Worth location. No one is trying to steal your internet guys. Literally I want to be in and out as badly as you want me to be on my way..... craziness. No wonder this is a 2 star location. Sounds like Everyone is having the same experience. read more

We purchased this overpriced pig Friday. Anytime you pick it up it screams nonstop and now has started biting. You will see 2 pictures where it has drawn blood on my wife's hand. What really sucks is we paid waaaaay too much for this animal and when I just called to see if we could return it after a 72 hours of headache we were told they don't allow returns on their animals. We were never notified of this upon purchase. We would have been more cautious if so. The best we can do now is notify everyone else that looks up this establishment on yelp that their training program needs major improvement if hey're going to let high school kids run the show. I'm all about kids working but arm them with good training. Train them to for warn customers when a product is nonreturnable. Don't just depend on the customer to see a random note on a wall alongside a bunch of other papers and advertisements. We're going back to Red Chain and TSC for all of our bovine, goat and poultry needs. I suggest you do the same. 350 bucks in the trash. And that's if my wife hasn't contracted some disease from the bites. read more

Employees are always friendly and helpful. My jack loves the variety of dog treats they keep in stock. I find the specialty items i can't find at bigger big box stores. Best plant varieties and better quality soil options. Glad to have a location close to me. read more

My family went in to Russel Feed &Supply and the associates working the register were very rude and unhelpful. It was a middle aged male and female. You could definitely tell they did not want to be there, both had sour attitudes. we were there to return my toddler's cowboy hat and they both said we couldn't be helped, there was none in store, and neither could tell us when the next shipment would be in. very disappointing as this store looks really cool. I really like Russell Feed's selection. Their prices are not always the cheapest, but they always have good quality merchandise. With that being said, gauging from their employees attitudes and personna, this must be one of the worst places to work there is. I've been to the store in Azle multiple times and the store in Weatherford multiple times with very consistent experiences. Went to the Weatherford store today. Walked in, I was the only customer in the building, two employees at the counter, on their phones, neither said hello, welcome to Russell's or may we help you, nothing. I roamed around the store for a minute or two, then went to the counter. No smiles, no welcoming greeting, just, "Do you need something". I bought $100 of corn and left. No Thank you for your business, come again, have a good day, nothing! Unbelievable. Same experience in the Azle store. I had my corn loaded at the dock. Told the two fellas that loaded it, Thanks. No response what so ever. Turned and walked away. This is not a friendly place. I'll spend another dollar a bag for corn next time, in order to avoid coming here. read more
