Do not ever buy directly from them. They take no responsibility for shipping. All four bottles were broken and they only refunded the cost of the bottles--which shipping was just $2,00 less than the cost of the products. In principle, Walden Farms is amazing because they make tons of calorie, carb & sugar free foods and they sell them for a fair price. Dieters paradise. They have everything too, from salad dressings, to pasta sauces, to chocolate syrup. In practice though, much of their stock is not very good. I've bought around 20 different items and maybe 5 or 6 have been average to good, though most have been vile. I wouldn't write off these guys completely, because you can get some good stuff, and their service is tremendous. But you should definitely be aware that flavor and quality can vary drastically between products. Faux pancake syrup - not a bad calorie free knock off. Faux peanut butter? Please inject my eyeballs with massive doses of liquid crack. read more

You must HATE this person with every atom of your being. Now that you have the right person in mind, find a way to get them to take a big spoonful of Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate peanut spread.I don't know how you will do it, I'll have to have faith that you figure out something. Once they have it in their mouth, their body WILL try to reject it. This is important, YOU MUST KEEP THEIR MOUTH CLOSED. You may pinch open and close their nose just to keep them alive, but if you don't pinch them a little bit, the nose WILL expel as much of this vile-tasting, (I hope it's not toxic, but if I spill it, I assume it will eat my shoes off my feet), gross mockery of a food product as it possibly can. It's the body's way of trying to save itself. If they manage to get it down, charge them 5+ bucks for the experience. Being an Elite is so hard and calorie laden, I must find some ways of cutting out some calories when not eating out, because who wants to cut calories at a restaurant ??? So this is a two part review on the customer service at Walden Farms and their products. So this all started by my husband and I going to one of the better ShopRite's and looking for some WF products, we found some but not much. Knowing that they were right here in NJ, not far from where I live, decided to give them a call, transferred to customer service, I think it's a one lady show, Denise who told me that I could come to the warehouse and pick up my order, sweet! So you call a day ahead place your order, go there and pick it up and pay - it is just that simple. Pay by credit card as they do not keep change. Do not order online, or they will charge a shipping fee automatically. You can show up (9-3) and place an order, but you will have to wait for them to pull the items. It was easy enough to find, in the same plaza with the Planet Fitness. Now the products - they are not the real thing, they have no calories, carbs, gluten or fats - so I knew they would not be very tasty, but are doable. Peanut Spread - DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy this ever, as a spread it is gross, maybe I could use it as a Satay type sauce for grilled chicken (highly unlikely) - overall not good Chocolate Syrup and Dip - It's OK, major aftertaste of sweetener, not a fan Strawberry Syrup - its better that the chocolate syrup, would be decent on REAL ice cream Caramel Syrup - I like this the best, tastes more like butterscotch, mild sweetener aftertaste Amazing Mayo - it's more liquid than mayo consistency, I don't think I would use it to make tuna salad, it kind of tastes like weird aftertaste Miracle Whip, but not horrific Italian and Balsamic Dressings - these are not bad, I would use them on salad regularly So if you are in the area and feel you need to stock up on these products - this is the place to come! read more

I love Walden farms products!! Where else can you eat all you want of Chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, maple syrup, etc...? It's zero calories and zero carbs so you can't expect it to taste really really good. I mean, on a diet, a stick of celery tastes NOTHING like a bowl of chocolate syrup, but guess what, THIS DOES. I'm low carb so I mix all these flavors in with cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, etc... I'm grateful my local HEB's carries several varieties.
