The PHARMACIST IS NOT THERE 24 HOURS THATS A LIE and the store isn't even open 24 hours. I need a Pharmacist that is on duty 24 hours

I would put 0 stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy i have ever done business with. My husband is on multiple medications and they manage to eliminate, be out of stock, etc. he had a new order for insulin and they told me it was on backorder and I would have to go to a different pharmacy, but I was gonna have to call around myself because they didn't have time to do that. When I called the other Arnold Walgreens. the pharmacist on Jeffco informed me that Vogel absolutely had a replacement for it and could have filled it. There was a generic option and generic was approved by the physician. Vogel was just too lazy to do that. Insulin is an extremely important medicine for a diabetic and no one even cared and didn't even call us when they didn't fill it. There has never any communication about anything from them. It's all hit and miss without any clinical thought involved. Someone higher up should look into this Pharmacy. I am an advanced degree nurse and I've spoken to them several times about the mistakes they make and the medications they failed to provide without notification. They never care. read more

I'm still fuming!! I have always been a Walgreens person over CVS or any other chain pharmacy like it. Today I needed a couple gift cards and gift bags so I thought I could do a pick up order and send my husband bc he gets flustered sometimes looking for things in a hurry. I placed an order in the Walgreens app for 2 gift bags, a 20.00 Steam gaming gift card and 25.00 Roblox gift card for my nephews bday. In the app it says do you want to pick up your prescriptions with your order (it showed we had 4 ready). I select yes, it asks for my HSA card info and I put my credit card info in for the non medical stuff. Submit the order- great. Easy. Within the hour i get a text that my order was ready. Perfect. My husband goes to get it, he is handed a large shopping bag with the 2 gift bags and 2 gift cards in it. Worker says the gift cards are in the bottom. He asks for the prescriptions and is told oh, sorry, I didn't get them. You will have to go back there. Very annoying. That was the whole point of not having to go wait in line to pick them up. He waited behind 3 people, got them, came home. We go to dinner, i give our nephew his gifts including the 2 gift cards. He loves them. Tries to use them as soon as he gets home...they don't work. Now, I know on occasion that happens. Frustrating and annoying but can be handled. My sister in law tells me this, I call the store and ask for the manager. I get the asst manager he says. I explain the situation and he says I have to have a paper receipt. I said I don't have a paper receipt bc the order was placed through the app. He said well you have to have the paper one. I said I paid for them, they are listed on my receipt showing paid in the app. He says "Ma'am, if you would have paid for the cards they would be working." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He thinks I stole 45.00 in kid gift cards and am trying to get them for free?? Definitely not. I said I have the receipt on my phone that is the only receipt I have or was given. The bag had stickers on it with the order number but no receipt. I continued arguing with him and ended up hanging up. I was yelling through the phone- the audacity of this guy. Obviously there worker didn't do what they were supposed to do and this asst. manager is blaming me. He said you can't buy gift cards for curbside. I said I didn't do curbside, your worker handed the back to my husband j side the store AND then he went to get the prescriptions that the worker didn't want to have to go get. Ultimately the conversation got no where, however, if they need a paper receipt them they will be printing it. He was so rude, condescending , and an all around jerk. I'd say much worse if appropriate. I know my little bit of business won't affect their bottom line but I will not be using or going to Walgreens anymore. Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This could have been totally avoided if he would have just said unfortunately this can happen, just bring the cards and the receipt in your app and we can fox it. Do not go to this Walgreens. I was told twice my prescriptions were ready. When I went there 2 different times, waited 2 hours for one time. I was then told they were not ready after literally just being told they were. The people at the window are just rude and awful. I have now decided that all of my prescription needs for my whole family will be switched to an entirely different pharmacy. It certainly won't be another Walgreens. read more

Oh Walgreens...sigh... My mother is on many medications for numerous serious medical issues, so we have had A LOT of experience with the Walgreens on Vogel Rd, spanning the past five years. The pharmacists seem to be doing their best, but they are sorely understaffed. Are you used to going to the doctor, having a Rx sent to the pharmacy and going to pick it up within an hour? That DOES NOT happen at this Walgreens. Expect--at minimum--24 hours before you can get your meds. If you need your meds today, DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS. The *ONLY* reason we use this pharmacy is location, but we are so fed up, we are looking at other options. I don't blame the pharmacists, I blame Walgreens. DO BETTER!!! read more

I would give 0 stars if that were an option, the line is always 20 plus minutes long I have waited over an hour at times over 30 minute hold times on the phone and it takes them over 23 hours to fill prescriptions because they are busy. Unless you like wasting time and not getting your prescription in a timely manner go somewhere else. read more

went to go buy allergy medicine because I'm out and I have terrible allergies this time of year. would never have expected for a rude cashier to decline me (im 30) for not having my ID on hand. you can go to Walmart and get allergy meds completely fine without being asked for an ID, but yet Walgreens requires it if you're under 40, but yet will sell superglue without asking any question, what a joke. read more

Jeez what's going on in this place? Literally 8-10 people working in the pharmacy but no one on its register. Left twice after waiting 10 minutes each time. Didn't end up getting prescriptions. I can kinda see why CVS and Target are the place to go now. Just my opinion but if your dealing with consumable meds maybe the super long dirty black hair the guy has needs to be more professionally maintained in that environment. Just a thought. Taking the checkouts to the front register isn't an option if your getting meds that require a card to turn into the pharmacy. And honestly up front register is generally one person totally overwhelmed begging for aisle dept workers to come help. I'm thinking this is why the camera register also has a line. You guys need to step up your game! Drive thru is usually 3-4 cars deep in each lane too. read more

I've been using Walgreens for years. I get all my medications there and it's my go to for household and beauty. My doctor called in ONE dose of my medication to the Walgreens at 3937 Vogel Rd in Arnold, MO. The reason my doctor sent it to that location is because I was going to be staying at my boyfriends house which is over 30 minutes from my normal Walgreens. I spoke to someone Friday evening and they said they were preparing my medication. I called at 9:00 am on Saturday, December 3rd and was told (by the pharmacist) my med would be ready in two hours. After two hours passed and I went through the drive through. It was not ready. I asked when it would be (I asked closer to 15 minutes or closer to an hour) and she wouldn't tell me. So after sitting in the parking lot for an hour and a half I went back through. I was told I could not pick up my medication. The rude, disgruntled and unhelpful manager said that my address on the meds were different from what's in the system. I've tried to update my address with Walgreens at least 4 times and somehow it's never saved correctly HOWEVER, the address from the doctor matches my real ID (like the "Real ID" from the DMV). She said it didn't matter. She said I don't get my meds at that location. Well last weekend I picked up two medications from that location so that's not true and I explained that I was staying at my boyfriends. Then she tells me it's too soon. Well my Walgreens messed up and shorted me one dose which is why my doctor had to call in in, in the first place. She refused to help me and told me there was no way she was filling it. So I'm stressed beyond belief bc I need it for tomorrow (Monday) and my doctor doesn't work Mondays. So I know I'll be sick Monday. But honestly, what bothers me the most is I had contact with the pharmacy on 3 occasions at least one of which I spoke directly to the pharmacist. Why was I told to wait in my car for more than an hour and a half, use my gas and miss time at my boyfriends family celebration just to be told the 4th time that she wouldn't allow it. I'm absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated and I was honestly in shock. I told her I would be leaving a review and she told me she didn't care and that they don't matter. The medication I'm missing makes you sick immediately if you don't take it. I could understand her caution if I were trying to fill a hundred opiates or something but one dose? That they can easily see in my history I take. Not to mention Walgreens is the reason I don't have it. I've been seeing my doctor 4 years and this has never happened. That's why he was quickly willing to call it in for me. Their drive thru at Vogel Rd always has at least a 20 minute wait and the staff always seems frazzled and unprofessional. The only thing I will say is I've picked up online orders at that store a number of times and the store staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. It's always the cleanest, and everything is always stocked well. Thankfully, they are open 24 hours (unlike most of the stores nearby). Also they have the nicest staff! They are always happy to help me every time I've had to stop by. read more

It's very upsetting when I opt for urgent care for my child because she has a fever and is unwell...and I find out she has strep throat. Only to call Walgreens and confirm they have her medicine (they confirmed they did), and 4 hours later I ask for a status and they say "oops, we don't have it, not sure why they told you that." So now it's 10:30 p.m., my 6 year old has been in bed, and I'm patiently waiting and hoping CVS gets the transfer at a reasonable time so I can get her the antibiotic tonight and avoid an awful sleep for my girl. read more

Terrible customer service, I hHad a prescription for my husband called in at 11 am. Went to pick up at 7 pm they said they sent a note to the Dr, and we should call the Dr because they hadn't heard from him. Called Dr, at home 7 pm and he called pharmacy and was on hold 25 minutes no answer.... Next day FIL who is 96 now sick gets prescription at noon.... Go pick up at 3..... told to come back at 6....... Go at 7:30.... Wait in line behind 15 people..... 45 minutes... told not ready come back at 9! 90% of people in line they told to come back! All they are doing is sending people away just to come back! Asked for a manager at front of store... waited over 10 minutes and no one ever came!! I wish I could give negative stars because this was THE worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Terrible experience. And as a woman of color, I could feel the internalized racism from the subtle stares, mixed with dealing with an uncalled for attitude by the pharmacy employee (white woman, short, elder, dark brown hair). If I could say anything to that store it would be please check yourselves and reevaluate your internalized biases, you're not subtle. I am NOT reviewing the Walgreens here. I kind of hate Walgreens the same way that I hate Wal-Mart. I apparently have a things against all things starting with "wal" just roll with me, I have a point and a reason for giving this particular establishment 5 stars. Being a student for a long time and then trying to find a job in a not so spectacular economy, I have found that getting health care when I'm sick has been a nightmare. I don't really have a doctor, and my insurance is really very minimal coverage, so it can get pricey. The thing is, when I get sick, I still need my z-pack, just like every good American. I always come here to their Take Care Clinic and it's AMAZING! People call these clinics doc in a box...it's not quite that but that gives you a pretty solid idea of what they are all about. They have nurse practitioners that will check you out, make sure you are more or less ok, take the appropriate throat swabs or other tests depending on what's wrong with you, and then write you a prescription, just like a regular doctor. It's cheap, it's quick and there's never a line. Also, every nurse practitioner I have had here has been amazing and your prescription goes right to the pharmacy, so you barely have to wait at all and you get to go home and get back in bed where you really want to be when you feel like death. They are open 7 days a week, too, so it's a great place to go if you are in a similar position to myself. Also, although they are in Walgreen's, they are only loosely affiliated with them (I think mainly for pharmacy purposes). I am a fan. read more

Every time I've gone to this location to pick up a prescription, I've waited in line for at the very least 45 minutes. Dropped off a FedEx package over a week ago at their FedEx drop off and never received the text message receipt and tracking that they promised me. Now I have no way to track an important package filled with computer equipment for work, therefore putting me at risk since the package still has not arrived. Stay far, far away from this mess of a location. read more

This review is for the SSM clinic and not about the store. I brought my son in this morning with flu like symptoms. I forgot our insurance card at home and I had my wife send me a copy. The person working there wouldn't take it digitally or help me print it. I asked her to look him up in their system because we've taken him there before. She couldn't find him and I'm not sure she was interested in really trying. We ended up leaving to get the insurance card and decided to find care somewhere else. Bottom line is the staff here could care less about your sick child. Go somewhere else. In case management reads this it was 12/12/17 at 9:45-10:00 am when we were there. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. My sons prescription comes with an annual savings card. Every couple of months I have to fight with them to honor it or they try to claim it's expired and I need to at full price until I have to pull out a copy for them to "renter" it onto their system. Today I also tried to renew his allergy medicine for 30 days. They tell me he can do the 90 day and I don't want to but that's what they set it for. When I went to pick it up oh we can't do that come back later. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. read more

Well well well, had to return to tell the whole story of deception and downright poor behavior from Walgreens employees. So last night, Wednesday the 19th, I drove through to drop off my prescriptions from my dentist who performed a root canal prior to getting a crown. He drilled though the root and apologized. After, he wrote me prescriptions for an antibiotic and a pain reliever. I asked him if this was going to hurt. He replied yes it will, so I was already nervous about the Novocaine wearing off. So first stop, Walgreens. I handed them both prescriptions and they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I went home and waited. Not long after, I got the notification my prescription was ready. So I went up to get it. They only handed me the antibiotic. I asked, where's the Percocet I'm suppose to be getting. The woman said there was some code that required them to call my doctor before they could fill it. I asked for the prescription paperwork back and she said she could not return it but that they would call me when it was filled. So midnight rolls around and nothing. Well something. I woke up in a considerable amount of pain. So I called the pharmacy explained my situation and was put on hold. The phone rang back after several minutes of waiting and then I was disconnected. So by morning, still no call, and now, no answer at the pharmacy. So I go to the online chat to try and get some help there only to have them tell me there is no record of the prescription even being there. Now I'm pissed off and good. So I have my dentist call and they tell them the same thing. Apparently they were willing to discuss this with them. So He rewrote the prescription which I will now take to a CVS pharmacy to have filled. Walgreens, you will never ever see my face in one of your stores ever ever again. and obviously you could care less giving the service I received from your Arnold Vogel Location, your on-line chat service, and you're website. I personally hope you go completely out of business. The way you treat people, I guess is what you've learned from Donald Trump! Well, when you're out of business and CVS is eating your lunch, maybe you'll get the message then. In the mean time, you're FIRED!!!!!!!!!! Ohh, by the way, your rating is "0" stars!!!! My husband and I have had multiple problems with this Walgreens. Horrible horrible customer service. We walked in the clinic at 5:32pm to be checked for strep throat. Not one customer was there. The lady said we take our last patient at 5:30pm. I asked what time they closed, she stated 6:00pm. I told her no-one was here and I dont understand if they close at 6:00 why we cant be seen. She said rules are rules lady and walked away from me. On another occasion my daughter was seen for a UTI around 430pm. I went in the next day to see if I could get a doctors note for staying home from school because her antibiotics hadnt kicked in. They had no record of her being there and said they couldnt write a note. They blamed the switch to SSM and said things werent quite right yet with paperwork. The woman said well at least you wont get charged since there isnt a record of her being here. Rude rude people. read more
